Every time I come here to buy coffee, I will always tell the cashier that I want it for takeaway. Even before making payment, I remind him again that it’s takeaway. He will say “OK”, but somehow when I go to collect my coffee, it’s still not packed for takeaway. When I remind him again and ask him to pack it for takeaway, his attitude becomes very impatient. The way he handled the items was also really unpleasant — basically just throwing them down instead of putting them properly. I’m not saying customers are always right just because we pay money, but at least have some basic courtesy and respect, can? The place wasn’t even busy at that time, so I really don’t understand why he had to treat customers like that. This has happened more than once already. If you’re working in customer service, at least have some basic service attitude. Being polite doesn’t cost anything.

I get my Dark Chocolate Latte from here almost every single day !! And I really love it when Mandy makes my drinks. It tastes extra good !! I’m sure it’s done the same way following SOP no matter who does it but somehow it’s different 😆 The rest of the staffs are also friendly, especially the malay hijabi lady, I’m sorry I don’t know her name !!

During my visit to Jem at Jurong East, I dropped by The Coffee Beans & Tea Leaf, a spot I frequently enjoy. The baristas in this outlet provide great service, combining efficiency with a welcoming attitude. They are professional and helpful, surpassing other coffee shops in my experience. Mr. Prakash, the Manager, showed great attentiveness and patience, which is commendable. Well done.

Was served by Ms Aqilah at 9pm 13jul, I have been polite to her by saying thank you twice to her, yet her reactions were been not responsive. I would expect an acknowledgment of some words back, I hope the manager on duty can look into improving the service staff at this outlet

came in on 7 may, 1.45pm. I understand that there is a 60 minute dining time period, however the café is relatively empty, as i came in after the crowd rush. Mandy gave a really snarky comment stating that the dining time is capped at 60 minutes right after my order, before i even got my food. Customers or patrons please take note. A heads up is fine, but i cannot understand the rude attitude towards customers. Disappointed as the Coffee Bean staffs in the earlier years were much more welcoming and friendly.
