Good CBTL outlet if you’re looking to get some work done - plenty of seats available and it’s usually not too crowded, so you can actually find a spot without hassle. Bonus: they’ve got electrical outlets, so you’re not stuck watching your laptop battery drain. Solid choice within Plaza Singapura if you need a coffee and a decent place to sit and focus for a bit.

Always a reliable spot when visiting Plaza Singapura! -Ambience & Cleanliness: The café was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained despite the steady foot traffic. Tables were cleared quickly, making it easy to find a comfortable seat. -Service: The staff on shift were welcoming, polite, and efficient. Service was prompt, and they served everything with a smile. -Food & Drinks: The signature ice-blended drinks and brewed coffee were spot on—consistent quality, rich, and perfectly served. The food items were fresh and delicious as well.

We were seating down waiting for the line to have less people when Hamsaya the service staff told us rudely and loudly that when are we going to order the drinks because we have sit too long there. We a bit shocked when he came up to us rudely and said why we are not ordering until now. When we replied that we were waiting because the q was long he said you don't have to wait forever cos people want to get a seat. I feel that his approach was very rude an unacceptable. People was literally looking at us. And at the counter the cashier was giving us a smirk. We left anyway without ordering. What kind of staff do you have at Coffee Bean at Plaza singapura. So disgusting and disappointing. Please train your staff better in customer service.

Studied here while waiting for my friend to join me and even bought a muffin for my friend who was joining me later. I wpuld like to emphasize that at any point in time, the place was NOT FULL HOUSE. However when my friend came the staff told us that my friend had to order a drink or more food from them to be allowed to stay. Felt that this was rather unreasonable as my friend had PAID ME IN ADVANCE and told me to HELP THEM ORDER FOOD FIRST while waiting. Hence we decided to wrap up our work and leave soon. However 5 minutes later the same staff came back again and started SCOLDING my friend about not having respect for him! This is so ridiculous and rude! He came and scolded my friend by saying that my friend was "not a customer" and accused my friend of "not having respect for him" and hence there was "no need for him to respect my friend". I have never come across such rudeness before. 1. My friend was indeed a paying customer as the muffin I had ordered earlier was paid for by them. 2. The staff had no right to scold my friend about having respect. He treated us as if we were primary school kids getting scolded by a teacher. We are not obliged to sit back and take a public scolding from you. 3. Just because someone isn't a customer, doesn't mean you don't have to respect them. So if a person is not a customer today, they cannot be a customer in the future? If a person does not patronize outlet A but patronizes outlet B, are they not a customer? 4. Since when was there a rule that said people cannot share food and order food in advance for people who are joining them later? So if a group of 5 people want to order, we cannot ask someone to order on our behalf? We must all queue up one by one? Extremely horrible experience. Will never be returning and will be discouraging other people around us from patronizing this outlet as well.

Kicked us out during OFF PEAK hours because apparently the duration is 1 hr?? Mind you the store is 70% empty, i really dont understand whats the point of kicking YOUR customers out with the store being empty when we spent close to 20$ for YOUR drinks. Is this is how you operate your business and treat your customers???? Furthermore the staff kicked us out in an annoyed tone, which i would have appreciated it if they said it nicely. WE ARE NOT UNREASONABLE !!!! 1. The store was 70% empty. If it was FULL, we would have gladly understood why we are being kicked out 2. It is around 8pm as well, which is NOT closing hours and we would leave if they are closing. Anyways, i have spent alot on your business but i will not be spending ANY of my money here again because this is not how you operate a business and treat your customers!!!! If you are planning to study here, DO NOT and go to starbucks or tim houtins at plaza sing instead because their service is so much better!!!
