Staff Yusof is efficient and attentive. Nice, relaxing atmosphere with no crowds even on a weekend morning. Nice drinks.

Today, on Mother's Day, what was supposed to be a pleasant experience was unfortunately spolled due to poor customer service at. While I was looking to place an order for a cake, a male staff member appearing to be in his 40s-50s responded in an unwelcoming tone by saying that he already had "10 orders," even before I had the opportunity to place mine. As a customer, I understand that festive occasions can be busy. However, regardless of workload, service staff should maintain professionalism and basic courtesy when attending to customers. The Interaction made me feel unwelcome and negatively affected the overall experience on a special occasion hope management will review the service standards and remind staff that tone and attitude are equally important as operational efficiency, especially during important celebrations such as Mother's Day.

The service was good and efficient. Maybe due to lack of customers. However, i’d still say the staff were attentive by greeting when you enter till taking orders and promoting new products. However, the negative feedback is the food. I ordered the spicy chicken puff. The chicken had a weird smell (maybe frozen n thawed meat smell or puff had few days “xtra”), not complaining its inedible but just have to past that smell. Otherwise everything was good. Maybe next time i shall get something different.

This place offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere with fewer crowds. Service is quick and efficient, and the cheesecake is delicious, a perfect spot for a peaceful coffee break.

Came on Sunday July 13 @7.45pm. Cafe wasn't crowded and there were seats available even though it was a smallish cafe with about 8 tables. Was attended at counter by an amazing staff by the name of Huda. She was very friendly, warm and most important of all ... Patient! I came in looking to redeem SG60 promotion and didn't realize it has to be paid through Coffee Bean wallet. Huda was very kind and patient in explaining what I should do and how to top up the wallet. Excellent service and I was thoroughly impressed with her level of service. This is the 1st time I'm visiting this location even though I live in neighborhood. Kudos to Huda for her excellent customer service! 👍👍
