This KFC is an absolute mess. Their dine-in space is so tiny that staff pack every single order into plastic takeaway bags, no matter what you select at the counter. It creates so much unnecessary trash. On top of that, the eating area feels neglected. I noticed bird droppings on the seating and leftover food scattered across the tables

03 Jul 26 bought the promo 2x 2 Meals for $10. Queued for 30 min, placed order, and had to wait 1.5 hrs, kept going bck n forth to check but alw being not ready. Ended up being told by the guy they got no chicken, n asked us to collect the next day, to which I asked for a refund, they asked for my number, took pic of my order ID n said would be processed in 7-14 working days. Have went thr one day also to ask abt the refund, the guy just say "let me check", asked abt my order number and mobile number again but no result frm that as well. Today is 03 Aug 26 n I have yet to receive the refund amount, zero follow up. Its only $20 but this is the kind of service I do not appreciate n it gets rly frustrating lol. Wont be patronising frm this branch again. horrible service. Buy at ur own risk lol

If I could give 0 star I would LOL Very disappointed with my experience at the KFC Compassvale Link Kopitiam City outlet. I ordered the 2 Meals for $10 promotion, specifically requesting 2 Hot & Crispy and 2 Original Recipe chicken pieces, along with 2 Cokes. However, after payment, I was told there was no Hot & Crispy available and that I could only take Original Recipe instead. This was more than an hour before closing, so it was surprising that such a popular item had already run out. I wasn’t informed before paying or given the option to change or cancel my order. It didn’t stop there. I had ordered 2 Cokes, but was instead given 1 Fanta Grape and 1 Sprite because they had run out of Coke as well. Again, no one checked with me before making the substitution. To make matters worse, both replacement drinks were served warm with no ice and had no carbonation at all. They tasted completely flat, as if the drink machine wasn’t working properly or the syrup had been sitting for too long. Receiving warm, flat soft drinks from a fast food restaurant is simply unacceptable. I understand that stock shortages can happen, but customers should be informed before payment and asked whether they are okay with any substitutions. Instead, I ended up paying for items I didn’t receive, was given different drinks without my consent, and those drinks were warm and completely flat. Overall, this was a very poor customer experience and reflects badly on the outlet’s stock management, equipment maintenance, and customer service. I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and improves its service standards. I certainly expected much better from a well-known fast food chain.

I'm still drooling thinking about our KFC Bangkok dinner yesterday! The manager Lito was a total sweetheart, making sure everything was perfect. The restaurant was spotless, and the food? Wow! That chicken was cooked to perfection - juicy, crispy, and finger-lickin' good! And those cheese fries? Absolutely divine!

The staff was relatively polite and the service was quick and efficient. The tables and trash can area was also spotless, unlike many kfc outlets. However, the was a dead crockroach on the floor near the sink area, consequently I lost my appetite
