20mins++ and we still could not get our order- meanwhile numbers after us are getting theirs served!! Ordered this fast food to go back for training but looks like 1’ll be late! Only 2 orders ……. Ridiculous!!

Customer service = very rude Waiting time = extremely long Staff were witnessed quarreling among themself. Every visit must wait at least 45mins to 1 hour. Look at photo 10 customers waiting for food.

Original recipe chicken was overcooked. It was fried to a rather dark brown colour. The chicken cut for the Zinger wasn't tender as expected - it was too tough to be used in a burger. Although they kept their prices low, I wished they had maintained the quality of their food.

Ordered the 5 piece promo take away at 5.45 pm 7 July 23. Chicken was dark brown, dry and clearly over cooked. KFC and Staff need to have better pride in the quality of food they serve. Totally destroyed my family meal on international fried chicken day. Would give zero star.

Ordered full meals for 4 via Grab. Half the order is missing and there's no way for us to alert them except via a form. Will the meals be replaced by tonight? Will we be refunded? And this is not the first time that the outlet is sending incomplete delivery orders.

Was there for take away order on 03Jun around 1830. The cashier was totally helpful and friendly. However, it seems that the preparation team could not do their tasks properly. We did not get what we ordered, no drinks given before we asked about them, when we got home, the chicken strips were not in the box. Very unreliable and disappointing.

I have been to this branch with my kids many times. The service has always been slow, and staff are often unfriendly. Finally I meet someone nice and friendly today. Thanks, Nhel for being helpful, and the service today is totally different. Fast and efficient.

Save your time don’t come. this outlet is so bad. I’ve visited this place so many times and on average they took 30 mins to prepare a single order and the queue wasn’t even long. the staff is so slow they may as well call it slow food

Super slow. From what I can see, Only 1 person on the line. About 5-6 groups waiting. Don’t know what management thinking about the allocation of staff. Will just go other outlet in future hopefully not like this one

Just finished night class and was looking for a late dinner. Arrived at KFC just a few minutes before they close at 10pm. The staff were really helpful and dropped all their work to take my order and prepared my takeaway meal. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at KFC. You earned yourself a loyal customer.

I'm really disappointed with the experience I had at KFC last friday. I was trying to take advantage of their one-for-one promotion that's exclusive to their mobile app, but the app was so difficult to use that I ended up having to approach the counter staff for help. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to was very impatient and kept telling me to wait, even though there were no other customers in line. It's frustrating when you're trying to use a promotion, but the process is so convoluted that you can't even figure it out. I'm really disappointed to share this experience with the KFC mobile app. I tried to use it to pay for my order, but the payment page just showed a blank screen, even though I had already authorized the payment through my mobile banking app. The staff said they didn't receive the order on their end, so they asked me to pay again. I did, but the app still wouldn't work properly. After making my payment twice, another staff member came over and asked me to try again. I was willing to give it another shot, but the app still wasn't working. The staff member then told me to check my mobile banking to see if the transaction had been approved. To my dismay, I ended up being charged three times for my order. The staff member assured me they would issue a refund within 4 days, but it's been over a week and I still haven't received it. o(╥﹏╥)o

Ordered a ETC burger combo for 11.8 As usual no receipt came out, ( I don’t know why it’s a common problem for nearly all the kfc outlets here) the boy served the order, served without the whipped potato I was not sure was it included or not as there was no receipt, so I checked the menu from kiosk and then asked for the whipped potato. Service needs to be upgraded
