Have u ever seen someone not finish their KFC? I have never until i saw myself be unable to stomach this awful KFC. Chickens tasted like they were still running around Lim Chu Kang(unmarinated). Skin tastes like plain flour bought from NTUC. Mashed Potatoes taste like it was made with raw uncooked potatoes instead of the all time classic mash potato powder KFC uses. Zingeritto was awful as well!

Ordered family feast satay crunch and paid 1.50 for additional satay sauce for take away. Went home found 1 of 2 sides (mash potato missing), 0 satay sauce given at all. Spoiled a good weekend Update: I submitted an e feedback, got a call 15mins later by Eric from the branch acknowledging the lapse telling me to quote my name and number to claim 3 sauce. Was honestly infuriated and lost for words. It is quite frustrating to be told this honestly,I would have done it if I was expediently able to do so. No way I would drive back during peak and pay parking to "claim 3 sauce", would have been quite ridiculous. And why would i need the 3 satay sauce in future? Not expecting me to patronise this branch again am I? The operations and training at this branch and perhaps the leadership really need to be relooked at, the GM Lynette would be disappointed to see this given her efforts to transform kfc this few years.

Super shocked when halfway through my meal, my feet was sweep by a broomstick. I looked at the staff and he continued to sweep under my table resulting in sweeping my feet a few more times. To top it off, I was asked to stand up so he can sweep the floor. After he left, a few minutes later, he walked pass my table and pushed the chair beside me. When I’m drinking my still full drink, he came again to ask if I’ve finished my meal. The whole experience was absolutely rude and I felt like I’m being chased out of the branch. I will never ever come back 😡

I ordered a 3 piece meal w Sjora at 9:45PM, on Friday April 14, 2023. My docket number was 8809. As I was eating my meal, the staff started to clean the dining area at 10:03 PM. The floor was being swept. To my surprise the staff used the same broom he used to clean the floor to sweep some crumbs off table. The broom actually touched the side of my tray. These are shockingly poor hygiene standards which need to be addressed. Thank you.

KFC was my all time favourite fast food.I ordered 1 zinger burger and 2pc meal with original recipe. The burger chix taste like rubber and was very hard.(NO MORE CRISPY AND JUICY CHIX) Hope that KFC can review and improve the standard they used to have.

Bought 2 sets of 2 piece meal and the chicken tasted dry and sad like leftovers. Cheese sauce was burnt at the base, leaving a sour taste. Cheese fries was missing mayonnaise. Definitely will not recommend the vivocity outlet.

KFC has a Double-down burger 1-for-1 promo at $10. I ordered a cheesy mushroom double-down burger and a zinger double-down burger and paid $10 to takeaway BUT when I got home, I saw that this was what KFC packed for me >> a zinger double-down burger and cheese fries. VERY disappointing!

Date of visit - 26 October 2023. This outlet does so many things wrong, that I almost felt embarrassed for them. Firstly, when ordered via the self-service kiosk, the machine ran out of the paper receipt so had to remember my order number. Secondly, when the order was ready, staff forgot about my cheese fries and they only realised it was missing after I informed them. Thirdly, when I went to the drinks dispenser, it dispensed only plain water instead of Fanta Grape. Staff had clearly overlooked in replenishing the Fanta Grape. The Coca-Cola that I selected as an alternative also tasted diluted.

I came back from school and I wanted some KFC. So I went to the kfc here and I waited in line. I ordered already but the staff took 10 minutes to talk to me. Before it reached 10 minutes, I asked 2 times to take my receipt. They keep yelling at me and ignored me. As a students who was drained from school and was in need of some food, this place sucked. This is my second time and the wait is still very long and my order was paid with card, yet my order number did not pop up on the screen. The workers work like snails. Super slow. McDonald’s is much better service, attitude and speed.

I went to have my dinner to try the new cheesy melts. I got the buddy meal. When I got my order, I realised they didn’t give me the cheesy melts so I had to ask. My meal comes with a dip and I asked again and the staff( old lady with short hair) was so rude and not attentive.I didn’t wanna say anything as I understand it was during the peak hours. When I drank my milo, it was diluted and tasted like water. I went to the staff to change and she muttered something and told her colleagues something in Chinese. (I can’t understand) Both of them laughed at me and I asked “ what did you say” but they ignored me. It was a bad experience dining here. Ruined my appetite and I had to pack back my food. Hope this matter will be discussed. Thank you!

I dont usually give bad reviews for any food outlet because due to their genuine effort and hardwork. However today (30 OCT) i went to KFC at this outlet and OMG their service was the worse. I was waiting there near the cashier for almost a hour and NONE of them basically cared to take my order. Then almost a hour later the staff tells me to order via the kiosk when i clearly said i wanted a CASH payment. I came after a long work day to your branch during my short break and is this how a costumer gets treated. Incident happened on 30 Oct around 1pm, and not recommending any of the people to go to this KFC outlet anymore

Was here on a Sunday around 2pm, the outlet was quite crowded at the counter, as people were waiting to collect their orders. Can see that the outlet was extremely short handed, and it was pretty slow. I ordered using the self-kiosk, it took about 15 mins to accept my order on their screen. Then another 5 mins or so, the staff called my number and served my food. There were not much people dining in, the outlet was considered spacious with many tables available. I got myself a good view seat with cable cars. The food was okay, just that I felt that the portion of my Cheese Fries was smaller, as I topped up $1 to change.

Ordered ultimate zinger box for takeaway, opened the box to find out the whole piece of chicken was missing. Staff clearly not paying attention, not finger licking good. Order number 8353 9/12/23.

As you can see from the photo, there were 11 orders waiting to be prepared (it took 5-10 minutes after ordering for those orders to even appear on the screen), and there’s not a single person preparing the orders. This was at peak hour at 6:45pm. KFC, you’re a FAST-food chain, in case you’re deluded to think that you’re a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant that serves a 3-hour degustation menu. Please get your act together.

Came in right before they closed, they still took my order and served me with what they had left. Wasn't rude or reluctant, could definitely tell they were trying their best to close whilst still respecting the customers to the best of their ability. As a fellow FnB worker I can definitely relate to them and think they did great.

Waiting time was really long so avoid if you need to get ur food asap. Otherwise the meals are really good at this outlet, heated and crispy!!! My Zinger burger and fries were epic! The fries were so hot that they even burned my tongue. (means good)
