I would like to compliment Ms. Geeta at KFC Junction 8 Bishan for her excellent customer service. She was very patient while I was asking about different options and served me with a genuine smile throughout. Her warm and positive energy really stood out and made the experience pleasant. She also took the initiative to let customers know the waiting time, which is something not many staff do. It’s a small gesture, but it makes a big difference and shows that she truly cares about the customer experience. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Thank you Ms. Geeta for your amazing service and keep on smiling! We really do like the energy. 🙏🏻

Disappointing experience compared to Novena—poor service and management Visited the Junction 8 branch after the peak dinner rush and unfortunately, the experience fell short. Most of the tables were left uncleaned with crumbs everywhere. Ordering via the self-service kiosk was fine, but the wait time was quite long. When my number was finally called in a big batch, my food wasn't even ready at the counter, and the staff seemed indifferent. The biggest disappointment was the Lil Chicken Meal. I specifically ordered it for the Lil Bucket, but it was handed to me without one. No one bothered to explain until I asked, only to be told it was out of stock. If the kiosk had been updated, I would have chosen a different meal instead of feeling shortchanged. To top it off, I upgraded to cheese fries but wasn't even given a fork to eat them with. Definitely a drop in standard compared to my visit to the Novena outlet a few weeks ago

One of the better places to get kfc. Chicken was good. Fries were not very fresh but the sauce made up for it though it could be a little less cheesy.

My son and his classmates regularly have lunch at J8 on Tuesdays as they attend classes at the Third Language Centre nearby. Unfortunately, the experience they had at KFC last Tuesday (between 2–3 pm) was extremely disappointing. After waiting over 30 minutes for their food, the students were chatting quietly among themselves while standing in front of the counter. Shockingly, a staff member rudely demanded that they “shut up” and leave. This behaviour was completely unacceptable. Customers should not be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner, regardless of their age. Who gives staff the authority to decide whether customers are allowed to talk while waiting for their food? Are students considered less deserving of basic courtesy and respect? If students are not your targeted customers, this should be made clear — otherwise, this kind of treatment is unjustified and unprofessional. This was by far the rudest service they have encountered among all the restaurants and food courts at J8. I sincerely hope management will review staff conduct, improve customer service training, and ensure employees treat all customers with respect. Very disappointing experience.

Finally tried their la zi ji today. As usual, the KFC chicken pieces were on the smaller side and I do hope they improve this since other places offer bigger portions at the same price. The la zi ji was slightly salty but still very delicious and nicely spicy. A satisfying flavour overall and I really hope they bring this item back again.
