If there's zero star I will not even give one star worst place I ever have my encounter with KFC . Manager by the name of KIT use rude and berated tone towards customer when there is overwhelmed orders. Feedback to him that he's attitude is bad and he said that he don't care as he is already resigning soon or already . And the best thing was he mentioned with a smirk that he likes the look of customer anger expression. Don't even understand why KFC and placed this type of person to be in a managerial post for KFC , completely ruin KFC reputation and image. Previously there's a manager by the name of Enzo who is very top notch in customer service. Too bad he not around in Oasis branch. This KIT guy better stop working in F&B better.

I was disappointed with my recent order. Out of the 6 pieces of chicken, I received 3 wings and 2 breast pieces. A better mix of chicken parts would have been appreciated, rather than receiving mostly the parts that many customers tend to avoid. Additionally, the fries appeared to be overcooked, which affected their taste and texture. I hope more attention can be given to portion distribution and food quality in future orders.

Ordered take away 2 piece chicken meal and was given a tiny piece of chicken (size of a small whip potato) the other piece had surely shrunk in size too. I have feedback to their helpdesk and they closed my ticket without getting back.

Ordered chili crab pocket meal. But was given the normal version. They didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me that they don’t have or ran out of the chili crab ones and I ORDERED IN STORE. Came here for the Chicken Tuesday but they don’t participate in it. Then ordered something and they gave a different item without informing. This is ridiculous!

The most pathetic amount of cheese sauce & buldak sauce given. Always this outlet giving such issue. Do better 🤡
