Ordered zinger curry, first time is nice and tender, second time prata is overcooked and hard as a brick. Please do more quality control!!!

the taste of both original and crispy spicy cannot compare to other outlets for some reason. the spicy version has burnt taste, i thought during the 1-1 promotions the taste would be better since the turnover rate is faster, but it was worse than i expected not only that self service kiosk was malfunctioning like it did not show the promotions so everyone had to go to the counter to order.

Kentucky fried chicken, this outlet is located at Sun Plaza, conveniently accessible by public transportation and Sebawang MRT. I enjoyed Doubledip Platter Meal with beverage & 2 cheese Fries, delicious savory flavours tasty😋 yummy☘️👍👍👍👍👍 Staff friendly helpful & attentive ☺️💞🤗

Horrendous self kiosk and counter's order menu @ Sun Plaza. Both kiosk were problematic. Left kiosk: scrolling the menu, the screen will hang unable to scroll down further. Right kiosk: finally able to choose food items. Last mile surprise. Unable to make payment with cards. With the item menu I wanted to order. The in-counter system doesn't have the same items. The closest will cost about $17.55 with is more.

great customer service! I love the egg tart and zinger burger. the workers here are nice and patient, especially the manager Joy! She managed my refund with so much care and patience, would come here again as my regular KFC.
