Slowest KFC Service 2 orders in queue and it took 24 mins to get served. It seems service crew prioritise Grab orders. This is a management problem. Better have breakfast at McDonalds and A&W. NOT RECOMMENDED TO DINE HERE. MAYBE ORDER AT GRABFOOD PAY MORE XD so suggest eat somewhere else

The staff here seem very disgruntled for some reason. Bad service and attitude. Had breakfast here with my wife on a Saturday. Only 4 customers and the restaurant and what seems to be a very slow morning but for some reason they were just giving us attitude. Food orders mixed up, incomplete and just overall a bad experience. A great reminder why most people prefer to go to McDonalds.

Fairly small outlet, although there were plenty of seats available during when I was dining there. The burger bun was a tad hard and I felt like the patty wasn't fresh too. The chicken was OK; the standard KFC affair.

Quite crammed between tables to table . Black Coffee was very bitter . Food wise standard was same same with other branches . Tried the new flossy chicken porridge, interesting . Liked the kfc pepper, go v well with porridge

NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER order KFC from Canberra plaza be it via Grab or Foodpanda. The slowest service ever. Once ordered it took 2 hour and 45 mins, and even GOT THE ORDER WRONG. I only 2 meals yet lack of competency to even check if they got the right order. Don't lie la "outlet busy" , I work nearby never have I seen the outlet busy before. The staff slack , talk loudly, very rude, even argue with food riders before . Just the slowest and most rabak KFC outlet in SG. NEVER order from this KFC outlet again.

Place is small, preparing is slow. But the fries is much better than M Canberra. Promotion set free one chicken only 7.9

My favourite KFC outlet in the country. Food quality, taste and consistency are outstanding. I love the chicken porridge and Original Recipe wrap for breakfast. Staff are lovely, warm and obliging. The outlet is also very cosy in its ambience and layout.

Not bad, however, would recommend that staff double check the total amount on their register screens, before they tell the customer how much their order is going to cost(for eat ins take away)

Always Check Your Order upon receiving your KFC Order in SG. I Ordered 3pcs meal original receipe (for children) but received hot and crispy instead! This isn't the first time KFC crop up customer orders be it missing items or wrong items. Terrible!!! KFC mgmt u seriously need to ack this issue and review the work processes for whole of kfc sg.

Fast food become slow food! Waited for about 45 mins for 2 famous bowl. Places are cramped with a lot of people waiting for food. Very slow service. Did not see any supervisor in store coordinating the crowd. Everyone just wait unhappily.
