All lowest rating. Your staffs are all working like they are on vacation. Taking forever to serve 1 order. No wonder the queue is so long. Your food is all stacked and ready to be served, you have sufficient staff working on site, but the service is superbly slow. All capable and able-bodied people working but working like they're disabled....

Was a busy day at work and thought of grabbing some comfort food / fast food to close the day! It was nothing but seamless experience, from using the kiosky to eventually receiving my food — did not wait too long! PLQ Mall store expectedly crowded but it looked well-managed. Staff were attentive and ensured readily available for additional requests, one of them is Jayson / Jason. Thank you!

Came here early in the morning and one of few shops which opens in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great 👍 The kioks ordering was improved compared to before, last time never able to print receipt and now no receipt at all, all on screen. At least better to inform that no receipt.
