Quite disappointed by the false advertising menu. Paid for the “Cheesy Loaded Fries” for $6.90, expecting it to be as shown in the image in the menu, with the cheese, the meat and the mayonnaise loaded on top. However it turns out that the meat is an add-on and it’s just a bowl of fries “loaded” with cheese ONLY. Please make it more clear in the menu that you’re selling a bowl of just cheese fries and that the chicken is an add on. I would not have purchased it otherwise. Taste wise, not bad. Not great either. Very sad portion unfortunately.

The burrito was very disappointing. It was flat and loosely filled, with a lot of folded tortilla and very little filling. The ingredients were unevenly distributed, so some bites were mostly tortilla while the rice was all packed on one side. The rice was also mushy, wet, and bland, with no texture or flavour. It was a disaster to bite this burrito. Overall, it did not feel like a properly made burrito. The staff also seemed unsure of how to assemble it properly, which may explain the poor quality. Avoid it if you’re a burrito lover.

My first time trying Kebabs Factory and was told to order via the self-service kiosk. The store assistant kindly inform that should I want the food to spicy can just let him know which is amazing!

As a semi-frequent customer, I have to say, the service and atmosphere is pretty solid and very friendly. I have to give compliments to a staff by the name of mo, I believe. he exhibits a cheerful and friendly demeanour, working and servicing guests with a smile, leading to a very pleasant service interaction. Another female malay worker was also friendly and patient when I asked what she would recommend. food is not bad either, the kebabs are excellent but sometimes the meat can be abit drier than desired, overall still pretty good. TLDR: friendly staff leading to pleasant service, food pretty solid too

I am a regular customer here and I truly love the food — it’s always been excellent. However, I had a disappointing experience today. When I arrived, there was only one staff member handling orders. He informed me that they were not taking any more orders at the moment due to a high volume and asked me to come back after 30 minutes. I left and returned shortly after, telling him I was okay with the delay and could collect the order later. Unfortunately, he completely ignored me, which was very frustrating. Even when I tried to speak politely, he continued to ignore me without any response. I also want to mention that I have noticed a similar attitude from this person on previous visits, but I assumed it might just be my imagination or a misunderstanding. After today’s experience, it’s clear that this is a real issue. I want to be clear: this review is not about the food or the restaurant overall — the food is amazing and the other staff have always been kind. My concern is specifically about the way this particular person handled the situation. I understand they were busy, but basic communication and courtesy matter. I hope the management looks into this, because service like this can drive away loyal customers.
