Tried their spicy lime drumlet, and I think I will stick to their neighbors if I crave for fried chicken (aka. the big M), which is much tastier in my opinion. Not only that, the price is not competitive considering similar food is sold by big M at cheaper price. 4 pcs of (rather) small drumlet + 1 big coke zero cost me $9.90 is not very acceptable.

My kids spilled their water on the table and floor. I went to the counter just to inform, they answer me politely and with courtesy. To my surprise they replace my kids drinks. Thank you so much.

terrible service. the staff took the wrong order. so had to ask for refund and it was so difficult coz apparently card payment are not refundable! as I took takeaway, only realize it's missing 2 tenders and the spoon. they also made the same mistake for the previous customer taking takeaway. I don't know if it's forgetfulness for such a small order or purposely done

I would like to compliment the service of a lady staff by the name Norain, whom provided great service service. I encountered few issues when trying to place order online for self collection at the outlet. Norain was very patience and professional when handling the situation and remained calm and smiley throughout (I was quite frustrated at that time!). Keep up the great work, Norain!

Ordered a BBQ wrap but look at the picture!!!! It’s just wrap in the worst manner. Appear like the maker of the wrap is not Interested at doing their job. Super disappointed plus I paid $7.40 for it.

Dont order delivery from here. They keep giving wrong order. Already more than 2 times ordered through GRAB or FoodPanda and always have problems (wrong order or missing sides or drinks and drinks ALWAYS spill). This time ordered 2 famous bowl, 1 mac and cheese but gave me all mac and cheese. The mac was undercooked... I gave chances, but now I will NEVER patronise again!

Officerms lisi,go n teach her ,she banged products ,when I said I was eating on site no use to have this kind of Bad tempered staff ,wePAY to eat at KFC St, we do NOT eat free thank you st.#598-1. If KFC St:598 cannot have self serving machines ,do you not think of it having an OVER HAUL ,this is not the first time I have experienced this sort of dilemma ,No receipt ,2. If your c. S. Officers like ms LISI does not seem to have the ability to work properly ,Then,give her a day off ,n she needs counselling ,She must be made to understand that a lot of bad reviews from Customers , or maybe on your D and D ( dinner n dance ) give her A Special Mention The worst Customer service Officer from Causeway point staff - ms LISI , thanks

Service was prompt but food was bad. Cold waffles for breakfast and bland. Hash brown tasted of oil. Even Milo was very diluted (I’ve tried stirring) Sad to say, even in this day and age KFC is lacking consistency. Avoid this outlet.

One of the best KFC branch in Woodlands. I think it's because of their location where there's very little crowd and the chicken is always freshly fried. So far it has never fail my wife and my expectations.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences with KFC, where on two separate occasions, crucial items were missing from my orders. This is particularly concerning as I order for my elderly parents, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience for them. Despite the team's prompt refund, the embarrassment and inconvenience of having to reorder from MacDonald instead cannot be overlooked. I urge you to address these service lapses to ensure a more reliable and satisfactory customer experience in the future.

I love kfc food at Woodgrove but they are always getting my orders wrong. I hope the seniors employees can come back to help and teach the new staff. Change of staff just make the brand worst or the location look bad. Please send your staffs to re-training
