I requested for a thigh chicken as i see over the counter, having lots of thigh, the cashier told me there's only original left, i said sure. And this is what i get when i came home. I curse her whole family generation handicap and helpless

Quite a quiet outlet as compared to other KFC outlets. The food was served cold and the chicken were overfried.

Female malay young lady, called her that my order is ready, food been sitting at kitchen for 10 mins then serve me. I already ask about my order but she ignored me. She served other people first who just ordered. Can just pass me the food. Wait for nothing. Food already prepared. And im just waiting for 10 mins for her to pass me.

The staff got no organise what to do, keep skipping queue, missing queue, impatient with customers, arguing infront of the customers. Please have a least a organiser in the team or train the staffs. Or else none of the customers will be enjoy their meals in this outlets. Go on happy mood, eat with bad mood……
