Had a great experience. The food was served hot and fresh, especially the fried chicken which was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Service was quick, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. Will definitely come back again!

I would like to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience at KFC Joo Koon. There was a petite, bespectacled male staff member (I later heard another staff member call him "Ananda") serving at the counter. My order was supposed to come with coleslaw, but I was given mashed potato instead. I returned to the counter to request the correct side. Without even looking at my receipt, he turned around, bent down to take a coleslaw from the fridge, and threw it onto my tray. It landed so roughly that it actually bounced once on the tray. His female colleague witnessed this and even exclaimed, "Ehh?!" in surprise. I was shocked by his behaviour too. I then tried to show him my receipt. He took a quick glance and said, "No coleslaw what!" before taking it back. I realised that the receipt showed "MP" for mashed potato, so it is possible that I had accidentally selected the wrong option on the self-ordering kiosk. Even so, instead of explaining the situation or politely doing an exchange, he simply turned away and ignored me. I approached another female staff member instead. Without any hesitation, she took back the mashed potato and exchanged it for a coleslaw. Her professionalism and helpful attitude were greatly appreciated. While I was still at the counter, I witnessed another disturbing incident. The same staff member, Ananda, was asking a foreign worker whether he had paid for his order. The customer replied in a language he could not understand. After asking again in a louder impatient voice and receiving another response he could not understand, Ananda lost his temper, turned around and shouted, "Foreigners! Bodoh!" I found this extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. I was so upset that I approached him and said, "You are so rude! What is your name?" As I bent down to look at his name tag, he immediately covered it with one hand ro prevent me from seeing it. I understand that working during busy periods can be stressful. Orders can pile up quickly, and communication may be challenging when there are language barriers. However, these pressures do not justify treating customers disrespectfully or making insulting remarks about other customers. I hope management will investigate this incident seriously. Staff should be expected to treat all customers with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. I also hope appropriate coaching or disciplinary action will be taken to ensure that this does not happen again.
