Haven’t had KFC in a while. Bought this today for dinner and it was surprisingly not too bad. I opted to swap out my whipped potato for coleslaw. However, do note their standard is inconsistent. They always forget to include cutleries even when I request for it in my app order. Need forks to eat the cheese fries There was no queue before 6.30pm. Usually by 7, the queue would be quite long. Lady at collection/ pick up order counter can be quite hostile and rude.

The amount of cheese they give is so little. Even tho i ask for more and i said i am willing to pay for more cheese. And the sprite is just normal sparkling water there is no taste of sprite. COME ON LA WHAT IS THIS???? First time i order shortage of one chicken. This time give me sparkling water.

Staff of this branch, playing punk seem to be their forte. Original breast meat will always be unavailable, but upon request to wait for it, it magically becomes available in a hot minute. Perhaps they are keeping food of their preference aside for their own consumption. Complete embarrassment and Smearing dirt on a world class brand. (Update) All hyped to try out the new Mac and cheese box, but was again told that original breast isn't available, but this time round with a bigger twist, staff immediately said no without even turning around to check. Supervisor came out within seconds to assess the situation, and everything was well on my way, turns out that the staff made a "mistake". Was told that original breast is located at the bottom right tray and was available all along.

Terrible service! Ordered 2 ala carte porridge Initially told me the wait was about 15min. Ok fine. I waited. After 20 min still no sight of my order. I asked the staff. She told me another 15 min Means I waited about 40 min for 2 bowls of porridge??!! If couldn't deliver in 15m.. dont tell customer 15min

It’s a nice place just next to the BoonKeng mrt station and the bus stop. Never been inside the but pass by the restaurant pretty much everyday. There for I don’t know how their services are like so giving 4 🌟 based on the location and quietness. Maybe it deserves 5🌟 if they provide friendly and quicker response to the customers 😊👍

The slowest fast food restaurant ever. The queues are super long because the service is very slow. You can easily wait up to 30 min for your turn to order. There isn’t much space to queue as well and everyone seems squashed at the counters. Sometimes you have the queue outside instead.

After the event at Taka, we were both hungry, so we decided to look for food and most places were already closed for the day. We finally ate at Kentucky Fried Chicken, Boon Keng as all the eateries at Boon Keng were already closed too. So, we had chicken burger 🍔 set with Spritz and 2 piece crispy chicken 🐔 set with Fanta Grape 🍇.

One of the SMALLEST and MOST UNpleasent outlet with the MOST UNmotivated staff! Food - 3 stars Service - 0 star (if there's such a thing) Atmosphere - 0 star (if there's such a thing) Date: 22 Oct (Sunday) Time: Around 5+pm (Yes, I wrote this down so that the management could track WHO were on duty! If they even bother...!) There were 2 counters 'opened'... A male staff was serving a lady in one, so I went over to the other counter - Thinking that the female staff will attend to me after she finished packing for the previous order. I stood there and waited. She obviously has taken noticed of me because I'm not that petti... I waited quietly. Then finally, when she had finished packing, she came over to the counter, flipped over the menu and said coldly, 'This counter is closed.' and pointed to the other queue... All without any emotion on her face. There was no apology. By then, I've already stood there patiently for around 8min! So I went over the other counter... The male staff was SO SLOW... It wasn't even a busy time!! The lady in front of me also gotten a bit impatient and said calmly, 'Just give me the stuff... I can pack myself.' She was trying to be nice... And it was my turn - He looked plainly at me with his dull eyes... I told him my order. He keyed in the order in the machine... All the while, there was not a single smile or warmth in the entire process... How like that? And these 2 are young humans!! I've not seen such unmotivated staff at KFC for a long time... So strange!! *Just a note - There's an old lady staff at the counter of Eastpoint Mall outlet who will receive all her customers with a big smile and warmly taking every order. When it's done, she'll say 'bye-bye' to all her guests and usually follow up with 'Have a nice day!'. - For God's sake, learn from your senior please! KFC - either you close down this outlet, or your management needs to look into the training for your staff at this outlet. Just a suggestion. I will try not to go to this outlet again as far as possible. Good luck!

staff just ignore you even if you’re already at the counter. i mean i understand if they’re still busy. but a friendly heads up or reminder would have been good. instead they just ignore you and act as if they don’t see you. the girl before me gives up after waiting 5 mins in front of the counter with no one entertaining her.. service needs improvement…

Fries were very hard n dry as if it’s been out for hours. Zinger bun is also very hard n dry that it cracks the moment you press on it, feels like it’s not fresh and was being toasted many times. Size of drumstick is pathetic. With this price, I rather eat Chick-a-boo.. worst kfc ever eaten

1st - outlet opening hrs online should change cause sticker at outlet 7am to 10pm. But online is closed at 11pm. 2nd - cashier staff. Indian lady was serving me. She keep telling no more chicken and they close at 10pm. After I stand aside after 2 more cust, 3rd one she say there is bak kwa chicken. I was asking her, I thought u tell me no more chicken? I feel staff should treat every cust the same. She give me attitude like nevermind we cook for u. For me it's very simple. Why u tell me no more & another cust u can sell. I don't understand. I feel KFC no more service standard at all. My sons love KFC that's why I just drop by to buy for them. I order another 2 set of bak kwa chicken it's take 1/2 to cook.

Update 29 Feb 2024, space seems pack after reno. Whoever approved the design really failed the job. Also, timing shows until 10pm, but in map shows 11pm. Confusing leh.. So far so good.

Was standing at the counter for a few minutes, the staffs glanced and saw me but just choose to continue with what they are doing. I understand they are busy and I don't mind to wait, but at least show some signs they know there's people standing there. My questions were unheard until i asked in a louder tone, only then the lady told me to wait. The cashier not prioritising those who want to order, she more worried about those who haven't got their food. I find most kfc staffs kinda unhappy, they have these unhappy aura on them.

I usually get my breakfast from this outlet after work. Not sure why but they seemed very stingy with their chilli sauce. Ordered a burger however no chilli sauce. Maybe KFC really cutting down on costs because GST increase. Overall really disappointed with the customer service. Since pre-renovation to post renovation, still the same bad customer service :/

As far as non-mall KFC outlets go, this one is alright. Visited at 4pm on a Friday, so there was no queue. The service staff was prompt and attentive. Ordered the Zinger stacker, because apparently the ETC burger was sold out (for this outlet, interesting)

It's a pity that KFC no longer sells rice bowl - it is a good option for customers who wants to have rice. Mash potato bowl is still on the menu and tastes ok. One drumstick cost $3! This is an outlet which was recently refurbished.
