This was my first visit to KFC at City Square, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. After placing our order at the kiosk, we waited around 10–15 minutes, only to be told that the order would take another 45 minutes to 1 hour. Since we had a movie scheduled at 8:45 PM, I approached the counter and politely asked if the order could be prepared or cancelled and refunded. Instead of addressing the concern properly, the staff member repeatedly told me to “be patient” in a very rude and dismissive manner, even though I had already been waiting patiently. We eventually received the order after around 25–30 minutes, but the food quality was equally disappointing. The burger bun/base was extremely hard and difficult to chew, so we had to leave half of it uneaten. The seating area also had almost no ventilation, making the overall experience even more uncomfortable. For a brand like KFC, I honestly expected much better service, food quality, and customer handling. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not want to visit this outlet again.

Very disappointing experience. The restaurant was not clean, and one of the staff members was loud and rude, which made us feel very uncomfortable. If we hadn’t already ordered our food, we would have left. I hope the management pays more attention to cleanliness and customer service, as both need significant improvement.

The latest crispy roti prata burger was really good (flavour and textures r spot on + generous w the curry), although it's quite oily! One of their staff, Uncle Jimmy, is really friendly also. Really look forward to receiving his warm service everytime i come here. Cheers!

Personally, the food was spectacular, for a 8 dollar meal you get chicken slabs in your burger (literally) plus fries and a drink. The service was faster than most restaurants, aside from when they had a promotion which is expected since over 50 people queued up for their food. Furthermore, the atmosphere calm normally and on the day of the promotion, i noticed people were enjoying the meal and their conversations. 15/15, would come again.

Ordered a buddy meal at 1926 and the meal was ready and served piping hot within 3mins. Very impressive especially with the crowd here. Chicken was crispy and well marinated. The staffs were very friendly as well, especially Jimmy whom served me the food, giving me extra chilli packets upon request with no fuss. Overall very satisfying meal
