Got scammed by this outlet. Ordered a 3 pcs meal set but was given only 2 pcs. Realized only upon reaching home and too far a journey to exchange.

For the negative experience at KFC Rivervale Mall on 29 May 2026. The chicken thigh and wing I received were extremely small, same as the size of a chilli sauce sachet, which was poor value for money. I placed my order through the KFC app while on my way to the restaurant. The app does not provide any option for customers to indicate simple requests, such as adding more sauce to a burger. When I arrived, my order was already prepared and ready for collection. I politely asked a staff member to help me add more sauce to the burger. Instead of trying to help, the staff member (a plump Indian lady) responded in an unfriendly manner and told me that I should have made the request when placing the order. Her tone came across as blaming me for the situation, even though the app does not provide any option for customers to enter such requests. Does KFC expect customers to place their orders on the app only after they have physically arrived at the restaurant? If staff find it inconvenient to accommodate requests after an order is prepared, perhaps this feedback should be raised to management so the app can be improved to allow customers to indicate special requests during ordering. Poor portion size, unfriendly service and an unhelpful attitude. Very disappointing experience.

Very convenient cause it's near my place so at time I come by to have a lunch or dinner if my day ends. Quick clean even if the size is quite small. Recommended.

Didn’t call order. When saw the tray ready, approached and picked up. Food was cold, when asked that the food is cold, I was responded that I did not come and pick so the food became cold. Response came with an attitude.. When I said that they did not call the number, they just went completely quiet, no apology, exhibited attitude. With a cold face, reheat the food and brought back.
