staff gave us extra meals. we said that we didnt order but they insisted that we did. after we ate it they came back to ask for the money back because we didnt order it. in the end they said that we had to pay 12 dollars but when paying they then said 13 dollars. worst kfc experience

The queue was extremely long and there was no one manning the counter except for one poor old lady. Used the app to order and waited very Long because no one was preparing the orders. The restaurant was in an utter state of mess and no one is cleaning up. Cheese fries barely has any cheese on it. What is going on? The chicken was also of really bad quality. Dark coloured meat with dark spots. I don’t care if it’s part of the chicken. It’s just bad presentation in general. Get better quality chicken.

One of my drumstick was swapped out for a thigh or breast without them telling me. If special requests are not allowed they should be informing the customer at the point of order instead of swapping out without even telling the customer. This is not the first time it has happened and it is a waste of my money. I am paying for something that is not what i ordered. Extremely unsatisfied.

There is always a loud noise from a power generator accompanying your meal. Staff don't care about incoming customers and will ignore you for up to 5 min. Nothing new for KFC though. Lastly, food is terrible compared to other outlets.

Never in my 32 years of life, have I met a freaking slow service at KFC in Singapore. I ordered a PORRIDGE & ONE EGG TART but I waited more than 45 mins? What the hell is going on? 2 other customers who ordered after me, burgers, pancakes etc already had their orders. There's only 2 people at the back, 2 at the front. Time management is extremely bad & management please adjust your roster acoordinllgly esp on weekends!

Food & Fries were cold. We waited for more than 21 minutes but no number was displayed on the screen and nobody called us and just merely left. We had to walk from our seats to the counter repeatedly to check. Very Disappointed and frustrated!

Was told to wait for buzzer to vibrate in 20mins time however, 5 people that came after me has been served. There's totally no system in KFC, disappointing and rude Malay female staff replied "You wait La".

The staff at the counter is very rude, 1st they give me wrong order 2nd when want to exchange they say I order wrongly. 3rd when order there was no receipt given only have to collect by the number displayed on the screen. I wounder is thee any manger managing this place. The staff is too free and does like when they see customer expecially the old malay lady super rude. Hope KFC look into this.NOTE KFC WE AS A CUSTOMER PAYING FOR OUR FOOD NOT TAKING FREE FOR KFC. TELL YOUR STAFF TO BEHAVE PROPERLY

This KFC branch is infamous for slow service. Even no queue up or no customer dine in. They prapare take almost 2 hours for just small items. Better go home sleep 😴

Unorganised place. Wonder how they qualify as fast food. Orders are missed out and incorrect. Quality here is definitely worse then the one in lot one. Skip unless its absolutely necessary to eat here

As always, I enjoy their porridge meal in the morning. However, I have bad experience. The staff didn’t give the sugar sticks for my coffee order. When I approached the staff to get sugar sticks, she asked me to check my plate again. It made me feel I tried to get more sugar sticks. After I bought back the plate then, she gave me more. Yes. It is very weird experience. Also they have lots of fly around. I’m very disappointed by their service and lack of pest control.
