I visited this place last year, so I know this review is coming a little late but I still wanted to share my honest experience. I visited the KFC outlet at Sentosa, and we ordered a Smokey Hot Zinger meal with iced Milo. Coming to the food, the Smokey Hot Zinger burger was really good. It was super tasty and had a slight spicy kick, which made the meal really enjoyable. It was comforting, filling, and satisfying. The fries were also good and went well with the burger. Unfortunately, the iced Milo was a completely different experience. I really didn’t enjoy it. It tasted bitter and was not at all to my liking. This was easily the weakest part of the meal for me. The service, on the other hand, was really good. I was fortunate enough to be served by a fellow Malayali, and she was super attentive, friendly, and provided really good customer service. The seating area was quite crowded during our visit. The shop itself had seating arrangements, but most of the seats were occupied. There was also a small seating area just outside the front door of the shop, but that was crowded as well. Thankfully, we managed to find a seat nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue in the end. Overall, it was a good experience. The Smokey Hot Zinger burger and fries were really enjoyable, the service was excellent, and the only major disappointment was the iced Milo. If I were to visit again, I would definitely consider getting the burger but I would probably choose a different drink.

I had take-away dinner from KFC today and was truly impressed by a staff member named Sharon. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and hardworking throughout my visit. Her warm attitude and dedication genuinely made an impression on me. Sharon, thank you for the wonderful service. KFC is lucky to have someone like you on the team!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. My son was served completely undercooked chicken that was raw, bloody, and clearly unsafe to eat. This is not a minor mistake—it is a serious food-safety hazard that could cause severe illness, especially to a child. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s shocking and unprofessional reaction. They showed almost no concern, treated the incident as though it were normal, and behaved as if this had happened many times before. Serving raw chicken and responding with such carelessness is completely unacceptable. This branch should be urgently investigated by the relevant food-safety authorities. Please protect yourself and your family and eat somewhere else.

The food is ok but the crispy has too much flour on it and it would be good if the crispy skin is not that hard

Self service for placing the order. The employees ar3 not very friendly either. Food comes quick. I was not a fan of the mac and cheese and the cheesy fries. That cheese sauce is not nice at all, dont do it! The burger was good, the chicken was good. Dont go looking for mash and gravy, there is none lol.
