1) cockroach!!! 2) ordered one simple twister meal at 10.12am. Received at 10.37 am. Almost half hour for one food item and latte that look like plain coffee lol taste as coffee ok but I tot I paid for latte upgrade? Lol 3) staff confessed that too many people they couldn’t cope. Poor thang 4) Look at their latte haiz bitter after two sugars and lack milk no foam at all 5) lots of grab rider (5) also waiting at counter - cleared around food collection as well 6) burnt twister (which still managed to tasted good haha) 7) tray oily underneath (see pic) 8) no one to clear the trays about four left on the tables no one clear from time I arrive to departure (why sg no clear up!) 9) soap at washing area was full though for washing What an exciting morning! Hahaha 🤣

Why worker don'n want see recipe well? I saw the guy gave wrong things a few times Even if never give to me the 6pcs nuggets. And looking very angry. Almost broke somethings. Service point is "zero" I felt there is Army KFC. atmosphere was down. And than The Original fried chicken skin was very salty.

Contrary to the other reviews, we had a better-than-average, no-frills experience here. Quickly found a seat to have our burgers. We had the special curry burger, which had a good balance of crispy chicken, onion rings, and roti-prata-esque curry sauce. There were generous amounts of potato in the curry sauce too.

One of the worst KFC I’ve been in Singapore! Even the chicken are so oily here. One other thing is the manager (female) was talking out loud here to one of the Indian staff about her past job resignation. I think the HR work should be done inside their staff area not over the serving counter. Btw ask for less ice in ur drink or else you will get more ice than the drink.

No! This meat pocket with mac n cheese failed! Mac n cheese super dried and abit can't match with the meat. Wasting my time and money. However they replaced wedges for the fries. Totally unacceptable. Their wedges not nice at all and not nice taste as previous fries. Please give me back my fries! KfC, their fried chicken always my all time favorite.it seldom goes wrong for the taste. Only size matter always. No standard size

Ordered a 3 piece hot and spicy chicken combo. 2 out of the 3 pieces were undercooked and could still see that the meat was quite red. A day later I got food poisoning.

Ordered 2 bbq pocket meals, changed 1 side to cheese fries - look at the amount of cheese given. Ordered 2 ala carte chicken thigh, but they gave me a drum and a thigh. With 2 chicken, 1 cheese fries and 1 normal fries, they gave ONLY 1 packet of chilli. Asked for more and they gave 2 more, a total of 3 packets of chilli for 2 meals and 2 ala carte chicken. Horrible.

KFC has always been my all time favourite. Great tender chicken. However, service and atmosphere are terrible at this outlet. - no receipt from the self service kiosk - long wait for food even when can see the food is ready on the tray - lousy service with the staff ‘Jessie’ thinking her service was excellent! - staff trying to make presence subsequently by all the hammering sound at the bins, clearing the tables - being ‘question’ by the staff when I accidentally throw the basket into the bin Guess need to give this outlet a miss in future. 🤨

Ordered Cheese Fries at KFC Plaza Singapura outlet. Look at the amount of cheese and mayo they give, so pathetic and not to mention that the fries are cold and soggy! And still dare to charge $5.30 for this kind of quality, what a rip-off! Please wake up KFC, if this is the kind of quality you are serving, don’t think you will have business anymore. Do you think this is worth it for $5.30? So ex and yet so pathetic! To think I used to love KFC cheese fries so much, this is extremely disappointing!!! Nothing like the past anymore, how did the quality and service worsen so much???!! I don’t mind paying for this price if you give decent quality worthy of the price, right? This is not even worthy of 1 star!

Order the cheesy zinger buddy meal and they forgot to give the cheesy zinger. Like pls man you guys already take so damn long to pack and still can’t get the order right? It’s such a inconvenience when we are home and want to give our 3 yr old son and it’s not there? Like what is this? You need to hire better people to run the outlet

Tried the Zinger Meltz meal today. It was alright I guess. Wished it could have been meatier though - in terms of the ingredients inside, given that the wrap was a bit on the flat side. It was also a little spicy and sour. And it also could have done with a tad more sauce.

Very bad, the burgers don't seem fresh, the chicken nuggets taste frozen, the fries are fried over and over again, not tasty but many people still eat them, low quality KFC, it's not that it's delicious, it's just that it's famous.

Good marketing strategies , mobile app , promotion . and offer. However , when upon collection of order. No crew at the assembly counter. Luckily, KFC business was not as good as her next door fast food neighbour. Otherwise, I must hunt for my order by checking 1 by 1.

The worst KFC I have ever eaten. I ordered a zinger burger which was half a size of what it used to be with a small piece of chicken squeezed between two miserable pice of bread bun. They increased their prices but made their portions much smaller. No wonder people prefer other fast food alternatives

1) The staffs have very poor attitude towards costumers and 2) Chicken was oily , chips were cold ( don’t buy the coleslaw) 3) A little story here : So I walked in and ordered my food and while waiting I was eating an ice cream that I purchased from outside having no idea it’s forbidden to eat and drink stuff from outside. So one of the auntie worker came up to me and started yelling at me to eat it outside. So I stopped eating it respecting her wishes and the policy. And after I got my food she kept standing in front of me and kept staring at me. The ice cream started melting and so I went outside and ate it and brought the container back since I couldn’t find a trash bin. Despite doing as she said and eating my ice cream outside ,she came up to me and yelled at me to take the container outside to throw.And so I did. I felt REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE the whole time I was there. mood was ruined. The worst kfc I ate at…
