Exceptional good job and great service attitude! I was at KFC Rivervale Plaze on 29/08/2026 @11.40am. Would like to specially mention the front counter service young lady and the Store Manager sorting and packing customer's order. Didn't mange to get their names, but I want to highlight their efficiency, calmness and most of all, their great service attitude. And the young lady even wished Happy Birthday! Made my day! Great job!

Shout out to Enzo and team for their amazing service and efforts put in to give their customers the best experience possible. I had some troublesome requests for parts for a family gathering. And Enzo was super nice and kind to grant me the parts I want. Thank you very much bro. I would also like to say that this KFC outlet is consistent in food quality. Always fresh and crispy. Keep up the good work

On-shift staff Mr Reiner displayed fantastic customer service, and also assisted me with my requests with ease and warmth. I hope management will recognise his efforts and commitment to his job. Keep it up Mr Reiner. His surprise post-it also brought me and my partner a smile after a long day.
