I feel like kfc service is terrible. How can they miss out the cheese fries from my order. Didn’t they understand that fried chicken without cheese fries is incomplete. Now i have to order again for cheese fries only and grab will charge me for small order fees and delivery charges again. Moreover that stupid kfc will charge me with ala cart cheese fries rate instead of fried chicken meal deal.

Visited few times because its nearest branch to my house. 2 times missed item from my order, 1 time giving me the wrong order. Wonder why the workers could not focus on the order. We need to double check our order before leave the restaurant.

Love the porridge at KFC. Standard has reduced over the years. But still nice. Would be awesome if there was an option to add extra chicken to the porridge

I ordered the Original Recipe Twister for breakfast, but I wasn't quite satisfied. It seemed more suitable for kids, and the filling was disappointingly only 50% of what I expected. Could use some improvement in portion size and flavor.

Had one of my OR riser burger missed out from packing. Only realised upon unpacking the food at home. Went back to inform the female malay hijab staff & she gave me 2 egg tarts as a form if apology. Didnt take note of the staff's name. Thank you for the great service!

2 days ago I had KFC, my only meal on Mother's Day. I woke up the next day having diarrhea and fever. The doctor suspects is salmonella infection. Visit this outlet at your own risk.

came on a sunday night and queued 40mins just to place my order (there were maybe 10 people in front of me), but somehow received my order after a minute. what’s going on? i think even sherlock holmes wouldnt be able to figure this mystery out. edit: turns out they forgot my cheese fries!! haha lmao mystery solved!!!

told the cashier wanted bowl in a box . dunno aunty dun understand english or wat then she pick meal . dun hv the 1 piece chicken when collected and asked her if i can still get it if i paid for the price of the box . but says cant cos key in system alrd. dunno what to expect frm kfc anym

It is the first time I ordered Tender BBQ Burger meal. It has crispy and wonderful taste. I also get to enjoy the three pieces of nuggets and Coke drink. The pleasant staffs are helpful, deligent, polite and hardworking. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant and casual. Well done and keep up with the great work.

Abysmal service from this KFC branch manager. I waited more than 2 hours for my delivery from this branch and the KFC hotline had to send 2 complaints to the store. When the manager, Raven, finally called me, he didn't apologize and tried to argue that my order was cancelled in their system. Not even a single sorry after making a customer wait more than 2 hours for his food, Looks like KFC has declined so much that they have to hire such lousy manager.

Visited on 3rd March 2024. 11am. I’m the second in queue but waited till 11.35am then I got my order. And it take them nearly another 30mins to get my food ready. There are 3 person in duty at the front but the productivity all not there. I could even see people came back angry because of wrong ordere
