Located at Bugis, KFC has the right amount of taste and spices especially the recent satay launch. This is a global fast food chain that sells the famous Kentucky Fried Chicken. I love the Original Recipe, which gives the chicken a nice crispy skin and its tasty. Especially the mash potato and coleslaw that comes with the meal. Diners can choose to order their food from the self-order machine or from the counter. Despite the space saving interior layout. There are crumbles on the table, the services for the food could be improved. Overall, the meal lives up to the motto "Definitely finger-licking good!"

Came here to try Satay Chicken. It's been a while since I've been to any KFC. Everything is so familiar I immediately felt like home. Tables were not spotlessly clean, probably due to leftover food debris and water from the previous customer. No biggie. Ordering was smooth, collection was fast. Sat down to try out the new satay crunch fried chicken! Amazing! Perfectly seasoned and the satay sauce is thick. Now this is just KFC showing off what they can do with the right herbs.

Order take away. Order came short and cheese fries was done is this manner. (Refer to image) Called outlet and a female manager told us to collect from the nearest outlet. Was promised 3 pieces chicken and 1 cheese fries as compensation. Drove to the kinex outlet, the manager wasnt informed and I waited over 40 minutes to receive only 1 piece chicken and 1 cheese fries. My petrol, parking fees and time is not even worth the trip. Called the bugis outlet hundreds of times and manager went MIA never pick up phone. Very disappointed

This is my second time having a terrible experience at KFC Bugis Junction. First time, i didnt write any review but happened again here so, Please see my review! When my turn arrived to order at the counter, I asked general manager for 2 pc meal, rice bowl and then ask for tender meal showing my mobile phone and said i cannot get tender meal with promo at this outlet. So i asked whether i can just order it at the store and she replied, this menu doesn't have. After she answered my question, she just went to the store and did her work (going there and around) and then I had to wait around 7~10 minutes at the counter to let the general manager finished her phone call and works. Then she came back and took my order. Then she told me that i will have to wait for 15-20 minutes for the meal and i accept it. When i got my meal, i requested her to change the breast with drumstick since i cannot eat breast meat. Thanks for changing. I thought i could get freshly fried chicken. But look at this drumstick! No crispy, no taste, Dry, brownish and yellowish meat inside, and has a little smell. 2 pc tender were also not even warm at all! We had this kind of meal? We were very tired after work and it was around 8.45 pm. It was such a terrible experience.

WORST KFC restaurant ever went, even this 1 start I wasn't comfortable giving. Four employees walking around, avoiding eye contact pretending not to see customers queuing, myself and two other customers waiting at the main entrance. Infact one of the customer left after around 8mins of waiting time. One cashier employee by the name (Saixxx) rather attend to his two friend when they are dinning then to attend customers queueing. The main entrance was forbidden by a long red chain despite covid19 restrictions has been lighten. . When this cashier employee notice that I'm videoing, he had "no choice" but to walk towards us. Not only the services were utterly poor, observation from the staffs was equally poor. Doesn't matter that I came first and he attended to the other preferred young lady.. but asking me to use the kiosk and he personally attend the cashier for this lady was disgusted. Making my take away experience horrendously difficult and awful !!!

The quality of the chicken really needs to be re-look at. Ordered the Spicy Dippers, it came cold, to such an extent, it’s hard like stone. Requested for the counter to change a new one. The zinger burger chicken patty is actually very pathetic too. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be look into as well. Oily floor dirty tables.

I don't recommend, the employees had no interest/rush to take orders. And the burger was the most pathetic looking thing I've ever seen. The buns hadn't even been heated and the bacon was completely burned and it seemed that they were made a week ago. The Fries were tasteless too. Atleast the coca cola tasted like coca cola.

The Customer service girl taking orders is extremely rude (had a white patch on her eye side usually worn for headaches), lacks customer service knowledge, possess poor customer handling gesture. Very bad experience Ordering food. Extremely rude staff . Management should check camera to identify the staff from 04:15 to 04:33 pm on 12/05/2023 and must hold her accountable.

Both self ordering kiosks spoilt, but no one from the restaurant bothers to even just put up a simple paper sign to inform customers about it. What do they do? They let customers stupidly press on both machines and find out themselves at the very last payment step that the machines are not working. One customer after another just let them waste their time. It’s not the restaurant’s business that people waste time pressing on spoilt machines. The restaurant don’t care. Is there a manager? Is there a manager with a sound mind who will allow the customers to be a fool one after another and not care about it? How much time will it take to put up a paper sign to inform people the machines are not working? Are we expecting a miracle here?

came today 25th Dec around 2:30pm. went to the counter to ask if I could have thigh meat instead of chicken breast as i don’t eat breast meat. however, was told that it’s not possible to get all thigh meat. the lady was also impatient and have a arrogant attitude. asked for more chili packets, she also had a “black” face super disappointed. totally no customer service. the chili packets she gave me was also very dirty

This is definitely one of the more crowded KFCs in the area because there are so many people at Bugis Junction. Did not order the chicken this time, but a potato cheese wedges was ordered instead. The wedges taste so good and it compliments well with the cheese. Usually there is only the cheese fries available so I was surprised when there are potato wedges on the menu. The service staff at this KFC outlet are efficient and friendly too. Although there is limited space, there are quite a number of seats available.
