The food order today at this outlet is especially delicious.From the first bite into the fried chicken drumstick, i just want to continue eating more. The waffles harsh brown was as good as fresh out from the oven. The overall counter service experience was pleasing and nice.

Best KFC outlet I been to. Cosy and always very clean environment. Staff is lively and friendly most of the time. The money and weekly promotion in app is our favorite! Our family once a week must have !

We had a terrible experience here tonight. One of the staff members rudely and abusively shouted at us because we hadn’t heard our food was ready. This lady (unfortunately we didn’t get her name) was extremely rude and the customer service terrible. My partner who hadn’t heard is actually deaf in one ear and this was a very disturbing experience for us. Please talk to your staff about how they speak to customs. We were so friendly and happy and just because we hadn’t heard the food was ready we got emotionally abused. This is unacceptable. Please rectify your customer service and staff

Ordered 3 piece meal. Requested for non breast portions. When he passed me my order, I checked and there was only 1 piece of chicken inside. He topped up with 1 piece of drumstick and a wing. . When I got home, I found out that the 1st piece of chicken he give me was the breast portion. 😡

Queue was insane but staffs are prompt and friendly. Tips: order from app and collect in 15 minutes or so without having to queue and wait. There's a proper direction for queue but waiting area can be better arranged because I had to stand somewhere awkwardly 😂 a/n: food is half eaten cause I am hungry af

I and my family Was very disappointed got very bad food for my braking fast the mash potato smell and taste bad. Hope they can improve it .

I don't like their original chicken as it tastes bland and oily at best, the seasonal flavours are much better but they're few and far in between. My favorite is definitely the cheese tart. Also the auntie who cleans the table clearly has issues. She asked if I was done even when I obviously still had almost a full cup of drink, one unopened coleslaw and 3/4 cup of mashed potato. She would keep circling around the table waiting for her moment to snatch my tray away and making me very uncomfortable. There were flies on the tables, she could have just done something about it but no, her main focus was to harass the customers. Please, I just want to have my meal in peace after a hard working day.

Was the only person queuing at the cashier for 10mins but the staff ignored my presence and did not offer to take an order. They took their time preparing the only pending order and he was also visibly upset from waiting. The staff that was supposed to prepare drinks was talking to a friend (not staff) over the counter instead. Even her fellow staff was surprised that the drink was ready. Only after that did she check the drinks machine to realise that it was short circuited. Following that they finally acknowledged me but said they’re now closed as it was 10:01pm. Thankfully they were still agreeable to take my order. The staff seem unmotivated to work. While I understand it might have been the end of a long day and they might have been tired, but to ignore their duties and to be oblivious that I’m standing at the counter waiting to order is quite appalling.

Ordered one popcorn and two whipped potatoes, they ended up getting my order wrong, giving two popcorns and two whipped potato, then when i told them about it, they went "aiyo want to change order.." then i could hear them talking bad about me at the back, gave 2 star for service instead of 1 bc one of them was very nice to me and kindly refunded me and corrected my order

Take away order, ordered 2 times 3 pc meal. Ask for special request on chicken parts, the request was accepted. When I collected my item, I asked the manager again whether my special request for thigh and drum has been completed. The Manager assured me that it was packed by her. End up, I receive a wing. Wth!!!!! Utterly disappointing. Call Eastpoint line for 5 times and nobody pick up

Had a great experience dinning here. Excellent quality services by night shift manager Michelle. It was the last few orders for the night back in December, holiday season. Pardon my procrastination :( She will take our orders with such bright smile even towards closing time that made our time makaning worthwhile. She delivered more than just our meal. This courtesy made me and mum had a hearty meal. This got us to order takeaways thereafter. Also she, without hesitation, willing to treat me another coleslaw when i ask to swap and top up my mashed potatoes for coleslaw. I have it with me for a long while and haven't thought much about it, i felt embarrassed and warm heartened at the same time for such graciousness. After our makan, i got ourselves a pocket meal set, to have it on other days. She made hot for me despite past closing time to my ignorance and that it was told that i have it the next day. Still, i couldn't resist and ate it past an hour after midnight as it smelled too delicious :') These series of gestures motivate me to write in. To bring forth a positive experience; a very rare occurrences for me and my mum that we cherish and something for me to think about and to get me and my mum to perform our duties as well as she did. And it is not just her who deliver. The cashier auntie and duty chef were also prompt with their services and would clean up the place without prompting after every diners experience. Once again, thank you ms Michelle and the crew for their hospitality, genuine gestures and cosiness experience. Thanks you so much. I will frequent your outlet whenever possible.

Chicken Bak Kwa Cheese fries is not bad, the sweetness of the Bak Kwa compliments the savouriness of the cheese. However I still prefer the original cheese fries. Soy garlic wings are great. Better than the hot sauce wings.

The food is good but they mess up occasionally. the last time i went, I asked for original but they gave me crispy. Last 2 times I went, one staff member yelled at me both times first time as I was leaving, she asked in a very loud voice asking who threw the black tray in the bin, the second time telling me to throw in the bin at the front, I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. When I went on a saturday 3-4 weeks ago, I tried getting the attention from the staff to order food and she kinda just ignored me...?

Whoever accepted my order knowing that the main item is OOS is stup*d. I ordered via FP the new Durian mochi balls 10pcs ($9+) & a med iced milo ($4+). If you know ur item is oos don’t display it on the app, and pls have some common sense & just cancel my whole order instead of just sending me iced milo?!?!!!! If i wanted to just get iced milo, i would’ve get it from a mama shop, i dont need a rider to send it all the way from simei to tampines. DO BETTER PLS!

Honestly, the food quality is quite good, but the service needs significant improvement. Out of the four times I've ordered takeout, two of my orders were incorrect. They lack sufficient manpower to serve efficiently, especially during peak hours. If you choose to buy from this outlet, make sure to thoroughly check your order each time. While I was waiting for my takeout, both a Food Panda driver and a Grab driver returned to exchange incorrect items.
