I made a trip to KFC just to try out their new Lay's BBQ Crunch. Heard some good reviews about this collaboration. Unfortunately that I didn't really like it that much. The drumstick I got is not crunchy at all, the batter is also too salty for my liking. KFC has done a great job controlling the crowd entering the dining area so there is a short wait even though the place isn't too crowded.

Food The cheesy wedges arrived cold. The wedges are not hot and crispy. The fried thigh chicken are dry, hard and cold. The fried chicken is also not fresh. 1 star given for hot piping whipped potato and hot Milo. KFC Website and App Scan the QR code on the poster and was brought to KFC website to order our food. It was not easy to use. We navigated for 10mins but was not able to place order. In the end, one of us downloaded the KFC App and managed to place the order successfully. The website really needs improvement. Conclusion KFC should improve their quality of food and serve with their heart. No more finger linkin' good experience. Moreover, Jolibee is just next door. 🤷🏻♀️

Zinger burger in big bun & crispy chicken are great. Mashed potato tastes good. Fries are soft. There is a wash basin. The free flow drink dispenser is good for pepsi. Outlet has good seating for smaller gathering, located near the entrance area.

Always the best choice of place to have a rest and for my son to sleep. As this outlet not crowded like others. Food is okay sometimes, staff busy walk around to clean up the leftover, causing some noise. Notice there is a staff guarding the drink machine to prevent refill, hey, no refill la please. 🥲

KFC seems to always give very big discounts like 50-70%, and got a lot of customers queueing but didn't manage their operations efficiently. The chicken were decent but the service was extremely terrible. Not sure how their operation could be that slow? Didn't follow the queue, and it took 30-45 mins to just clear the queue, then ordering and waiting to collect for takeaway. Staff are not friendly and even shouted at some customers. Don't want to come back any more!

(-) Brought the original burger for the pepper sauce but received it with plain mayo. Approached the staff, thinking that it might be some mixed-up, the staff just brushed me off with a "No more." It's normal to run out of stock, but I think a better approach is to let the diner know if you're switching out ingredients in their food. (-) The bread was cold, hard, and dry. (-) Two elderly staff was resting against the opposite end of our table, grumbling about the management and working hours. (+) Relatively clean.

Absolute joke of an outlet... More than 30 mins and no order in sight... Only ordered TWO ala carte items BBQ Pockett & Popcorn Chicken... Everyone waiting around us was also visibly frustrated at the extremely inefficient order fulfillment process. Management pls take a good look at this outlet and whether your staff require training, til then, forget it if you're craving KFC at peak hour, or you'll likely have better luck walking to the Serangoon Central outlet lol

when the food quality and quantity is bad. nothing else matters.when i reached home feeling hungry and saw this. thigh meat only as big as coleslaw cup. drumstick skin half gone. seriously. this broke my heart.

Arrived 745pm. Waited until 815pm and did not even order. Rice bowls NOT on the digital order system, and they CLOSED the only manual order counter. Staff told me to wait because she needed to clear all current orders before she can serve me. But the digital orders kept coming in. NO COMMON SENSE. There was 4 customers behind me also waiting and complaining out loud asking why the single orders got priority and they were standing and waiting for too long. Horrible experience, very disappointed.

I came at 7.30am to just a burger, hardly 5 people was at this place , and when approach the counter they said coming coming qnd it took more thqn 15 min for just a burger. I was literally rushing for work and ine indiam guy and indian muslim lady was just taking they own sweef time.. very ad service.. 😔 disappointed..

Walked into KFC since the rest of the stores around had long queues - figured out why KFC had no queue. Apparently they are having an offer now - chickens smaller than their already undersized coleslaw for a low price of only $9.50

workers were extremely rude and food took half an hour to arrive even though it was just one set meal. ordered the waffle set but people who ordered after got it faster and worker told me “no more already” absolutely horrible! don’t recommend going. everything is out of stock always, porridge never available. worker even shouted at customer!

I ordered cheesy cajun wedges and 2pcs meal but when I got home and opened the paper bag , I realized the cheesy wedges wasn't inside. I called the store and no one answered. It was really disappointing. As you can imagine, the management there is really bad.

Takeaway order Q no 8733. Order 8pcs Chicken Bucket requested No Ribs any others chicken part I am fine. when I got home I got a shock open up both boxes 7 Ribs and 1 drumstick. it look like all those unwanted chicken parts are given to takeaway orders. And 2 chees fries received are not even warm at all. The Chicken taste very dry and hard just give me a feeling that have been place outside for a long time. strongly not recommend this KFC outlet.

It's like what majority of the reviewers said - be prepared to wait, and I mean wait. I'd decided to try my luck seeing how there are less people waiting but I waited 30 minutes with 5 people before me in the queue. This is probably the best they could do. Once I waited 1.5 hours with maybe 10 people ahead of me. During this time there were so many people accumulating it was ridiculous. Either their system of fulfilling orders is inefficient, or, seeing how the staff moves one can understand why the wait time is unbelievable. They simply just slouch around. I think even in the sleepiest state most of us would move faster than that. I hope the management sees this and do something. Remember KFC no longer has the monopoly now.

Should be slow food instead of fast food. 20 mins for the food to be ready. Upon collecting the food, no more hot & spicy chicken, need to wait 20 mins or change to original recipe chicken. No more mineral water, changed to ice lemon tea. Chicken was patheticly small but luckily still hot with crispy skin and tender meat. Cleanliness of the place need to be improved.

Ridiculous slow here. The kitchen clearly doesn’t have a systematic way of making sure the chicken are cooked so that there’s always pieces for serving.

Theres is more mayo than cheese and there is very little cheese and mayo in my cheese fries. Not recommended to buy cheese fries here. Chicken also tasted abit uncooked. Can just drink the mash potato. Please improve the quality of the food if not this will be my last time eating at this outlet.

Not bad, but the breast potion is slightly smaller than their competitor. Ordered the cny bak kwa and original crispy, must say the bak kwa powder not bad can try.

Super hungry and saw that there is no queue here. Food: fries have improved from the shoestrings to thick cut. Glad that the two ends of the fries don’t meet these days. Mashed potato still maintained its standard. The fried chicken burger is the best that I had chosen for this meal. The spicy fried chicken is too dry and no longer crispy. The chilli sauce is their business recovery. Service: got my order after 5mins from the machine. The staff mopping the floor don’t even care you are standing at the order machine, I have to quickly stepped back to avoid a free cleaning on my feet. Atmosphere: no change but no crowd as the other chicken chain a few shops away is full. Maybe a sandwich from 7-11 will be more satisfying.

If you come to nex kfc expect a dry burger , the chicken was unexpectedly one of the best quality so far in all kfc outlets however the fries were cold when served and the outlet aircon was freezing cold the burger was bad but I mean what can u expect from a place that specialises in chicken so ouh wells

Service has improved but why always no ice ah? I take my service improvement comment back. If you don't want people to order at the kiosk, turn it off. Have someone direct people to the counter. It's annoying to hear the staff continuously shout "HELLO! ORDER AT THE COUNTER! HELLO!!!" Seriously, you need me to teach you how to do service or what?

I sent two orders at 9:12pm and 9:18pm. My food is only ready at 10:07pm. This waiting time is ridiculous for fast food. I missed my transport ride transfer because of this waiting time. Also, another time I ordered cheese sauce at this branch, not only it is more pricey ($1.80) than other branches, they also gave less than usual. Very unhappy with Nex branch.

First of all please close down this outlet. If this outlet don’t bother to improve even having so many bad reviews over the years then give up the space for other restaurants owner. The new item is a joke. The service personnel just happily pressed all the number to be ready to collect and delete all the number while nothing is ready. Service personnel working in nex kfc always forget item, be it dine in or delivery.

Ordered the Smokey hot zinger and ETC meal. First the fries were cold and soggy. Next ETC burger wasn’t any much crisper than other burgers. Smokey hot zinger was spicy but it was extremely dry. By far it was the driest burger that I have ever eaten for a long time. Little sauce and the chicken was fried until so dry. This was an example a burger which no one should aspire to make or sell. Now I can fully understand why Jollibee always a long queue but not KFC.
