one of the outlets with better quality control chicken is freshly fried the special ed curry sauce is damn super good. super gao and tasty doesn't taste like premix. even comes w potato chunks! altho i wld prefer the curry with rice than over crispy fried chicken cus kfc chicken on its own is alr elite!!!! prata was yummy but a bit doughy and chewy

Finally, the auditor is here! For the first time, the coleslaw wasn’t dry, the crispy chicken wasn’t overcooked or dry, and the burger was actually packed properly. Most importantly, there were staff cleaning the tables and enough people serving customers, making the whole experience much smoother. This is the first time I’ve genuinely enjoyed the Crispy Chicken more than the Original Recipe. Thank you, auditor! I hope these standards stay even after you’re gone. 🫠🫠

I had one of the worst experiences at KFC. As I was finishing my drink, I found a curly hair at the bottom of the cup—it was absolutely disgusting. When I approached the staff, they just looked at each other, and one of the male staff members even showed a bad attitude. Instead of giving me a proper explanation or apology, they simply handed me a new cup. What made them think I would accept another drink from the same place after finding hair in the first one?
