Ordered crispy chicken meal, it tasted very foul. The name says “crispy” but it’s far from crispy. Looked like they served me an old piece of chicken. However, after mentioning it to them they replaced it. To be honest, It also tasted the same. 👎🏿

I am tourist from India... Wanted to try KFC Singapore... Taste was ok ok... Not like India one... Sorry to say that, We don't like it... We order throw Grabfood (online) service was good...

Recently went with my wife, to our surprise we received the best service we ever got from a fast food restaurant. The gentleman (didn’t get his name) was friendly and fully attentive even to the point of offering ice for our warm water bottles and asking BOTH of us for our sauce preference. Better service than some 5 star restaurants

The worst KFC I ever had. Dry, old chicken; chicken nuggets were barely edible; and you can't taste the potato in the fries. The coleslaw was good though. If you're craving KFC, go literally anywhere else.

The POS system was down this morning, I was told only cash can be accepted. I wanted to pay by Card initially as I could get points thru card payment. Hence this was disappointing. Came here for breakfast. Food is ok.

Had the best experience from the service crew Sheyna tonight. She was very friendly, and when I didn’t order any drink, she asked me whether I wanted water. So thoughtful of her! She also asked me which part of the chicken I’ll like for my 1-pc chicken. 👏👏 Was having a light supper. Haven’t had KFC in ages. Sheyna even delivered my 1-pc chicken to me. She reminded me to be careful as it’s fresh off the oven, so, it’s very sizzling hot. The amazing service compelled me to write this review. The KFC original chicken tasted great and juicy! Love it!

Ordered the original rice bowl, all I got was rice, gravy and something masquerading as chicken. When you bite into those things, all you get is the coating, no chicken in it. When I approached the counter, I was informed it is chicken pop and they have no control over it. It comes in a pack and they merely cooked it. I was offered a replacement but I declined because it was going to be pointless as it was going to be the same. I gave 2 stars purely because the person in charged was sensible enough to agree to a refund. The environment was terrible in there, a crew was sweeping the floor beside me, dragging the metal chairs very loudly. No regard for people eating in there, I was not expecting fine dining experience but this totally unacceptable. Crew training on shop floor needs to be addressed. It was definitely worse than market eating.

Is it now common for KFC to serve half Breast chicken? The chicken appears to lack freshness and might have been reheated. It's disheartening to witness this, especially since KFC used to be my preferred fast food option. 😢

Finally got to try the morning menu at KFC. Ordered the riser and egg burger set that comes with a hash brown and a cup of coffee. The scrambled eggs on the burger was freshly made to order. It provided an additional layer of fluffiness and texture for the overall bite. KFC is really upping their game for the breakfast meal.

Got six pieces of chicken to share. Have always enjoyed the original chicken but seems that it’s too salty for my tastebuds nowadays. After heating up the chicken the crispy one is still crunchy and good, while the original one couldn’t crisp up and had soggy skin.

Rarely have fast food, but on the occasion I did tonight this KFC experience was quite decent. The service by all the staff was great, including by the trainee who was friendly throughout. The chicken was done to good standards as expected. The drink switch to Milo was at a reasonable top up. Thank you 🙏🏻 The inside was a bit smoky though.

I visited KFC at Far East Plaza 21/6 at 1:00pm, I was greeted by this amazing service crew Kamal, he guided me patiently how to claim my promo code through the App. I really want the management to acknowledge his hardworking and professional service skill which I haven’t come across for a long time. Well done Kamal, thank you so much! The Egg tarts is very good and tasty too 👍👍👍
