Don't think too much. Just eat and be happy! I always get original recipe. Must go with chili. Love their Cole slaw and egg tarts.

KFC Bukit Merah has gone chaotic!! Customers with orders crowding at front of counter, display shows queue numbers "now serving" and "preparing order", instead of customers "now serving" get their orders, those with "preparing order" queue numbers get served, and many are not even aware, do lots of shouting from FOH crew, while crowd waiting for their "now serving" numbers congest...and worse.... suddenly queue numbers disappear!! And crew tells customers "no Pepsi" ask to choose another drink, but when order comes, it's Pepsi All the hype about prices being maintained, well, ya...just that the chicken pieces got smaller!

KFC Bukit Merah Branch is a good place to grab a quick bite at. The person serving the food at the counter was nice and kept the customer's special requirements in her mind. The food was tasty. Freshly prepared ingredients. Surely recommend coming here.

This place is pretty highly recommended as compared to other KFC outlets. The staffs are friendly and they communicate well. The food comes hot, chicken is crispy and tender!! The cheese sauce comes fully filled!!! I hope their standards don't drop 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Oh my god, do not come here if you are ever in a rush (need to get in and out with 1 hour) Waited 40 mins for food, although it was really crowded. Staff are nice enough but just severely understaffed and not prepared for sudden surges of dinner crowds. So just be warned that unless there really isn't anyone inside, set aside a good hour so that you can slowly enjoy your food.

Has I was ordering earlier on at about 5.10 pm there is this uncle not sure how to order and ask the staff for help and the staff so rude. End up never even bother the uncle and I have to help him order through kisok machine plus he is order family bucket meal which is big order and yet is that how you all treat people? Chicken so much during off peak no wonder my chicken so dry. Such disappointing service

I have been having KFC at this place since young.. Take away will still be great.. This time the food is disappointing; whipped potato is of dry texture, chicken is dry.

Ordered breakfast platter at 9.30 Sunday 3rd. store not that busy, but taking more than 1/2 hour, really slow service, wonder whats the manager doing.

One of my choice of outlet as the team is warm and welcoming. Very friendly and speedy in handling orders. The outlet is always clean. Do expect office lunch crowds. Foods quality is up to expectations. Coz quality of some outlets are below par. Keep up the good work!

Hi! Please convey my appreciation to Mr Benjamin Looi, who was working on 27 Apr, around 1pm. He took our orders politely and patiently, even though my mum was taking some time to decide. When we were returning our tray, he was stationed at the tray return area, with a big smile and was receiving each tray from customers and clearing the contents efficiently and cheerfully. Have not encountered such heartwarming service in a fast food outlet in a long while! Thank you, Mr Looi 😄

omg i order for 8pcs of chicken wings only. i been waiting for almost 30mins and the staff have told me need to wait. and i heard what they say is no prepare in morning. omg this is fast food? Take Too long to serve a customer. Can management take action on this kind of issues?
