Ordered KFC cheese fries à la carte, costs $5.65 (inflation is real 🙃). It tastes delicious, fries were hot and adequate amount of cheese and mayo were given. Added a pic of the tray paper too, as I think it was quite cute and effort 💯 for our dining experience

Ordered 4 sets of curry prata sort of meals. Only come with 2 tubs of curry. Seriously wanna run promotions, double check orders la. Its bad that customers don’t receive correct order especially when its your promotional item. Do better guys.

Firstly, the layout is poorly designed. The kiosks and service counter are placed far too close to each other, which causes the queues to overlap and become disorganised. To make things worse, this congestion happens right at the entrance. How are customers expected to queue properly? Are they supposed to spill out beyond the premises? Secondly, there appears to be inadequate manpower planning and/or staff training. The team was clearly unable to cope with a surge in customer volume. If the counter needs to be closed due to capacity constraints, the least that should be done is to communicate this clearly. Customers should not be left queueing unnecessarily without any indication of what is happening. Overall, I would not recommend spending your time or money at this branch.
