It’s unacceptable to serve a dirty tray to the next customer, especially when hygiene and cleanliness should be a basic standard for any food outlet. Please look into this issue and ensure that all trays are properly cleaned and sanitised before being reused. This is not something customers should have to deal with.

Ordered take away. Store missed out a burger. I called in, no one responded. I emailed, still didn't get a respond. Pity. What a scam, from store to backend. Will not dine at KFC again anymore, anywhere, anytime. Come if you enjoy being scammed.

I was disappointed with my recent experience due to specific issues such as slow service and the staff's lack of attentiveness. I ordered the food via the App at 5.54 pm, and from the moment I arrived, it felt like the staff were overwhelmed and the place was crowded. The waiting time was even longer, for more than 35 mins, so I decided to step forward and approach the staff. I felt there was a lack of courtesy, and they asked me to wait. Sorry to say, already pissed me off. The original reason KFC created the mobile app was to avoid crowds and skip the queue. If we have to wait so long, it defeats the purpose of “FAST FOOD” service. Finally, my order is ready. Upon checking, I found many missing items. I asked them to check and give us the missing food. Ahead of me, I also notice that many customers are giving feedback about the missing items. I didn't see any apologies for the delays, and the staff seemed disengaged. The atmosphere quickly shifted from what should have been pleasant to frustrating. Overall, the service didn't meet my expectations. I hope management reviews staff training and procedures, improves service during delays, and ensures guests feel acknowledged. Until then, I can’t recommend this location and won’t be returning.

Almost every KFC outlet seems to be giving customers chicken butts instead of proper chicken pieces. Today, I ordered three 2-piece Hot & Crispy Chicken meals (6 pieces in total). I received only 3 drumsticks, while the other 3 pieces were all chicken butts. This isn’t the first time either. I’ve experienced the same issue with previous bucket orders as well. Chicken butts should not be served to customers at all. Customers pay full price and reasonably expect proper chicken pieces, not chicken butts. If this keeps happening, it gives the impression that KFC is cutting costs while charging customers the full price. This is very disappointing and unfair to consumers.

3.5/5 This Compass One KFC outlet is better than the Punggol Oasis branch, so it’s still decent. It usually gets pretty packed at dinner time, and the aunties working there can be a bit blur, they’ve messed up my order in the past. It’s a pretty large outlet with plenty of seating. Generally, the standards here have been okay; above average, though not quite as good as some of the other outlets I've been to.
