Giving a 5 star review for the patience and good attitude by the staff working on International Fried Chicken day here. Despite the many orders and consistently long queue, they still go about to performing their job efficiently. Special mention to Peter whom help to update my order to 'Original' for the chicken as I forgot to mention it during ordering

Place is very comfortable , KFC meals are alright but the rice bowls really downgraded so much :( I tried their zinger bbq burger n it was so good! Worth the buck definitely

I love the new mushroom twister wrap. I ate it without sauce for healthier version. But because of the mushroom and juicy egg, its damnngood even without sauce. Love it. Sure will have it again. The hashbrown definitely loose to mac but still nice. Black Coffee is much better than mac. Lol

Pre ordered at 10:15am for 11:15am. Order came at 11:30pm because the egg tarts were not ready. Should be ready by the time you put it out for order. Especially when it was PRE-ORDERED. The egg tarts were burnt, overcooked on the inside, making them hard and lumpy. Not smooth like it should be. Parmesan truffle chicken standard has plummeted. Cheese used to be grated, now it was powdered. Truffle taste was not strong enough. Overall, disappointing. Waste of money. $35 for a buddy meal with cheese fries. Could've gone for a buffet.

At 8 when the KFC just opened, I wanted to wash my hands at the sink but i was scolded by the manager working at that shift that I cannot wash my hands at the sink as I was not a patron there. I was unaware of the rule as there wasn’t any sign prohibiting the use of the sink. The manager was aggressive towards me even though I tried to explain that I didn’t know. Would never come back even though I usually patronise this particular outlet.

Been to this kfc several times and they have always been fast and served decent food. However last Sunday, i was surprised to be told the spicy drumlets are not available for dine in and only available for delivery. It doesnt really make sense since the kitchen is cooking the food item for delivery and it was available for dine in previously so i really could not understand why so. Especially when the signboard in the store showed the food item too and no where states only for delivery. Was a little disappointed as i ordered my burger with the meal instead of the box because i had wanted the spicy drumlets. The auntie was rather impatient too as I asked her multiple times to confirm I'm not hearing it wrong.

staff at cashier raised her voice at us and told us to order properly. definitely no manners there. we even stated our order patiently after and she still spoke to us with an attitude. not the first time already. but overall food is fine :)

Sorry, but the drastic drop in the quality of the worker and food quality is absurd. Here I have this mopper who as much as I can respect, is pulling all the chairs and screeching everyehrre ln the hard floor, literally so unpleasant. During the order yes it was quite ordinary, the person taking the order had a little hint of unpleasantness trying to comminuicate. The kfc porridge, something I used to love, has drastically dropped to a huge low. Low as in taste. And I think I remember the white pepper they served, but now looks like ground black pepper. Which does not 'dissolve' and taste good in the mouth. The porridge is too soupy nowadays, but I do still quite taste some of the original porridge. Another dissapointment.

KFC food is just alright, decent fried chicken, and I mean there are surely better ones out there at the same price. I’m just so disappointed at the service because firstly, it was not busy at all, secondly it’s good that they want to be fast, but then they miss out items… I understand that it’s my responsibility to check but as a service crew, in my experience and opinion, it’s so important to just give it a check of customers order before passing it to the customer… Dine in, you can just go back to the counter, but takeaway, we need to walk all the way back or if we do not want we’ll just eat without those missing items…

Bought the 2 pcs chicken Shots Box. Wasn’t given the dip!!! And there is no spoon for the mashed potato!!! Hougang One’s KFC service is one of the worst!

The cashier lady with the red hair was so rude, she shouted at me to say the order louder and asked me to take the receipt from the machine myself. It seems like there's so many complaints about this auntie. KFC do something.

Bought the promo set. The bak kwa burger was alright. Nothing outstanding. Just made the burger sweeter with the addition of bak kwa. The one piece chicken was terribly small. Smallest I have seen in a long while. Not going back again for their chicken. But then what else should I go back to KFC for??

Rude cashier(s) to start off with... Doesn't have much of a crowd compared to the next door McDonald's. Queues are fairly short and cashiers are quite fast in handling orders. Portugese Egg Tart was pretty good, though a little pricey ($1.30) for the size. However, it's quite rare to see a cheap egg tart these days, especially one as fresh and fluffy as KFC's. American Twister comes with scrambled egg, hashbrown, ham, cheese and mayo. Size (and pricing) is questionable, but it does the job as a breakfast meal at the start of the day. Quite delicious, and will definitely try out the original twister. Ample seating with different styles of chairs and spots. Regularly cleaned although it can take a while for consumed trays to be taken away...

The worst zinger I have seen in my life. Like where’s the sauce? There are like 3 pieces of small little lettuce. I don’t know how to eat it, super duper dry. My dad already ate his and said his was the same, and the chicken felt like it was uncooked at one part. I hope KFC Hougang 1 does something about this and I get a response.

Very lousy order management, took 20 mins to queue but not even 1 person order was taken. Clearly understaffed or else the staff was not properly trained and didn’t know the workflow well. In the end, didn’t manage to have my meal there as time was running out just for the sake of waiting
