A KFC outlet hidden in this corner of shop houses along Jalan Mas Puteh. It’s a very small outlet so safer to wait for orders to be done outside. Ordered through the KFC app and could collect the order in 15mins on a Tuesday noon. True enough the order was ready when arrived so think I m fortunate compared to the other reviewers.

Omg who is overseeing this outlet? It's the slowest fast food venue in sg I think. The counter staff is always alone and he or she has to pack each order by themselves. No matter how long the queue, no other staff comes forward to help so as to move things along. Management needs to wake up!

Probably the worst rated KFC service here at Jalan Mas Puteh. I don’t know why would they place someone who’s really so slow at taking orders. I mean make it make sense, the KFC restaurant is small & you will expect a lot of customers coming in for sure, right? Please don’t place someone who’s really slow at taking orders & continuously have to look at the menu picture to know what to put on the tray. I even overheard this customer said she wants coke original & not coke zero (which is served wrongly by the staff). This staff somemore can say “oh cannot change because it’s already on the receipt”, she even showed she ordered coke original not coke zero. My god really make me boil this specific staff by the name of Belinda.

Disgusting KFC. Smelly. Dirty. Falling apart. Lots of delivery riders always hanging around like its their personal lepak spot.

This is small establishment and therefore I do not have much expectation for this place. Besides, the strong spot light and the air condition not working well, it's like an oven in this place. However, one consolation is the only female staff there that took my order were friendly and courteous.

This branch repeatedly messes up your order if you order online. Out of a $30 order, they can forgot more than $10 of items. Order using the delivery apps at your own risk. If you order in person, make sure they actually pack everything.

Nice and cozy place. Small and secluded. Mostly people take away. So it is usually empty even then only four tables are available inside the restaurant. Probably a few more outside. Since it is not on the main round it is kinda hidden and the name board can be seen when you go closer. Otherwise it's the same KFC like everywhere else.

It's a small place, cater mainly for Take Away! They have few tables fot you to sit if you wanna have a quick bite. Staffs were accommodating, and friendly. They were busy too with other orders!

Not sure why some bad reviews but this is one of their branch to eat better quality KFC food. Small cozy place with roadside parking making it convenient to go, eat and sometimes hangout.

A few days ago, daughter call for KFC delivery to 121211 on 5/1/24 5:30pm, forgot to mention some special request for 83 yr old grandma’s birthday KFC treat . (Grandma loves KFC and requested specially for KFC.). Ms Ananty who answered my call on 5/1/24, 10am plus and the KFC team understood. Thank you so much Jalan Mas Puteh Branch (Mgmt & Staff)!!!! Grandma was so happy and thankful. 🙏🏼❤️

This branch always mess up your order. Want to do work fast but never double check. Never bother to check order is right or wrong or got missing items. When asked to check and got orders wrong, only know how to show attitude. Dont come here or order here.

I visited KFC for the first time in a full calendar year, excited to try the Chizza and their overprice cheese fries. I ordered two Chizzas and cheese fries to go at 3 PM. When we got home just 5 minutes later, we were horrified to find the Chizzas lukewarm and the fries cold and disgustingly soggy. The Chizzas tasted like they had been refried multiple times, making them stone hard. We could barely tear them apart or chew them, and had to use scissors to cut them into smaller pieces, hoping to find a tender part. Unfortunately, we were wrong—every part was tough and inedible. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will never buy from KFC again. If I can survive 1 year without KFC, I can totally survive without KFC for the rest of my life.
