A quaint KFC branch located opposite the landed enclave at Pasir Panjang Gardens, we came here during the World Fried Chicken Day thinking that there will not be a crowd on a weekday evening around 5pm, but there was already a line till outside of the restaurant as the interior was really small, that could only accommodate 5 persons at maximum. However, customers are respectful and generally nice to each other, following the queue. It is understandable because they only have 1 counter and also share the collection. Food quality is on par with major KFC branches.

Visited KFC on 01/06/2026. Had a disappointing experience: 1. Dining area aircon was not working. 2. Zinger patty was dry and hard. 3. Service during peak hours was very slow. Seemed short on manpower and packing took a long time. 4. Restaurants Manager (Mugesh) on duty was wearing slippers instead of proper uniform and footwear. 5. Restaurants Manager (Mugesh) didt worn Mask and facial hair/grooming standards appeared below hygiene expectations. Hope KFC management can review staff grooming, uniform compliance, and staffing levels during peak hours. Food quality and service speed need improvement.

I’ve heard about this outlet by the staff, Mugesh was promoting about new menu at corridor, when I came for pet clinic nearby. On my first visit, I was impressed because everything I tried was hot and juicy, Plus the ambiance very calm, Music was so engaging not very loud still can communicate. Mugesh the manager very friendly and professional. Took time repeating the order to double confirm. So hard to meet service oriented person nowdays. Good Job Kudos Team👍🏻
