Incredibly heatwarming and thoughtful staff! I was running late for my pick up order and they put it under the heater(?) to keep it warm for me. Also, look at this cute note they left me (last month)

Please take note that there is no breakfast served at this outlet at Nanyang CC. Only lunch. I prefer to buy here than on Foodpanda/Grab because they have the Famous Bowl (an upgraded version of their whipped potato served with popcorn chicken and cheese) which is available online. Queue time is also reasonable, convenient place to buy food at.

It was a horiffying experience eating there. Staff gave me an empty coke bottle when the machine is inside the kitchen for them to top-up for us. Some parts of my chicken were peeled, and the gave us 1 spoon when I asked for 2. We bought 3 chicken and it gave us 2 chilli sauce. The staffs were undertrained and I wish I didn't buy it

My go-to, fav KFC outlet. 🍗 Awww they left a sweet note for us, we love you too KFC~ ❤️ Ordered through the app so 0 waiting time. Food quality is good, can tell the huge amount effort staffs puts, to ensure customers are happy. Bravo 👏

So ridiculous, full of flies flying around when having meal. Ordered cheese fries and the cheese was so little, ask for more cheese and been told have to pay for the cheese.

I ordered for my family at 2.02pm, and we only got our dine-in order after 2.20pm. Even orders after us got their stuff first. And our order isn't even that much. Just a 5pc buddy meal. And the cashier didn't tell us that they needed to prepare chicken from scratch. If we had known, we probably would've just gone somewhere else. I don't get how this is the standard at a fast food franchise at an off-peak time.

really horrendous. placed an online order at 1.30 pm and then only received it at 1.55 pm. when i checked back at 1.43 pm there were two people at the back talking and hadn’t even prepared our orders and told us that the chicken had been cooking. so you’re telling me the chicken has been cooking for 20 minutes? don’t be ridiculous. please train your workers well, they are so incompetent.

Order on the 6 Aug 23. And also have feedback to them but KFC don’t even bother to reply back. Issue was food portion Is pathetic. If you are going to provide a tiny wing for 2 piece meal at least provide another piece with a bigger portion not just anyhow give a tiny wing with ribs with lots of bone only. Even a half spring chicken is heavier than your 2 piece meal. This is the 2nd time I have encountered. If KFC wish to tarnish your own reputation I would suggest just close down.

Went Down to had my meal there, ordered 3 pcs meal,the chicken is not cook well and the flour is totally thin and not crispy at all! The worst KFC ive been! Its acceptable if 1 pcs is uncook...but all three pcs is not properly cook!!! I would never go back there!

The employees were very disrepectful , when I was ordering I had ordered a crispy breast and they informed me that there was no more left and then after a few minutes I looked and saw that there was crispy breast and I asked about it and the employee told me in a disrespectful tone that they just made it and i wondered they could have told me that before hand and asked if I could wait a few more minutes and they decided to just not care and just tell me there's none left and it was suppose to be a chicken breast and instead they gave me a drum which is a big difference considering the price that I had given I received the worst customer service that I have been to a KFC restaurant and that is probably the reason that they do not have much customers because of the lack of customers and the food is also low quality not worth a trip

Number was shown on screen which was due for pickup but food still not ready and nobody infmed abt how much longer is needed until aft ard 7 mins at e counter when e cashier says to wait ard max 10 mins for for e missing item.
