Today supervisor/manager is thoughtful by listening my last week complaint of chicken meat over cook issues, but today it's back to normal. And he is kind enough to give extra for compensation. Appreciated!

We need to investigate the supplier of the crispy chicken bites. The chicken portions at this outlet are noticeably smaller compared to other locations I have visited. I have confirmed that the chicken at the Yew Tee outlet is consistently undersized. The current standard at this establishment is unsatisfactory. No refund, no follow up, no update from the manager at this outlet. Is Disappointing.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Yew Tee Point KFC during the recent promotion. 1. The queue management was extremely disorganised. An elderly man attempted to cut the queue and even pushed me aside. Although the situation did not become physical, I genuinely felt there was a risk that it could have escalated into an assault. Staff did not appear to manage the queue effectively. 2. Food preparation was also very slow. I understand that some members of the team are from the disabled community, and I respect efforts to provide inclusive employment. However, customers still expect the restaurant to maintain reasonable service standards, especially during busy promotional events. 3. I was unhappy that I was charged extra for a replacement drink. My original Red Bull was not compensated for, and I was instead asked to pay an additional charge for the replacement. That felt unfair and left a poor impression. 4. I feel sorry for the manager, who appeared to be under significant pressure. However, management should ensure there are enough experienced staff on duty during major promotions so service can run smoothly. And at most, during peak hours, smiling is no longer helpful. Be more serious looking a bit, not like smiling all the way. 5. The drink dispenser was not working, and it did not appear that any immediate action was taken to resolve the issue. Instead, the manager had to assign another staff member to manually prepare drinks, which slowed the queue even further. 6. Whoever operated that drink dispenser, pls get a more experienced staff to do so. That was definitely not acceptable even for a beginner/ new-hire with some experience. Overall, this was one of the most disorganised KFC experiences I have had. Going forward, I would rather visit the Choa Chu Kang branch or choose McDonald's instead. In my experience, McDonald's handles promotional events more efficiently, manages queues better, and generally provides faster service. As a suggestion, KFC should consider simplifying future promotional deals by limiting them to only one or two drink options (for example, Pepsi and one other beverage) while offering more competitive pricing. A simpler menu during high-demand promotions would likely improve preparation speed, reduce queue times, and provide a better customer experience. Finally, I hope KFC reviews the operations at the Yew Tee Point outlet. The branch should be able to manage promotional events safely and efficiently. Poor queue management that almost leads to conflicts between customers is unacceptable, and I hope meaningful improvements are made.

Ordered a Mac and Cheese bowl set. Added coleslaw and mash potatoes. (I realised KFC sides ala carte and ridiculous for the price and size) anyways my meal was served with the fries over the piece of chicken. I did not think much about it until I reached my table and removed the fries off the chicken. The piece of chicken was ridiculously small and an acceptable. When I went back to the counter to exchange the piece, the staff told me I could not change anymore because I already removed the tray from the counter and I could only change at the counter before I walked away with the tray. But how was I supposed to know that the chicken was so small, when they served it to me with the fries covering the chicken. Feels a little suspicious. When it came to the environment, there was dripping aircon and flies all around. Do better KFC
