Definitely wouldn't go to this store even if I am craving for fried chicken. The main reason is due to the poor service and below par food quality that was provided. These issues were further aggravated by the poor management of the store and there is no proper workflow between the staffs there leading to very long waiting time for customers. Would highly encouraged the management chain to conduct a ground survey on this store and revamp the process flow and properly coach their stuff to improve the standards of the store.

Very negative experience. Staffs keep on chatting while preparations. I have to ask for the food. I order via the kiosk. Bad service

Very hot place. Like the air con is not working. Better to takeaway. Like the fries. But zinger burger is disappointing. Must ask for chilli packets otherwise none will be given.

Went here for family early lunch. My kid accidentally dropped a zinger. Mdm Miza attended to us with a pleasant and warm attitude. She went extra mile to get the burger replaced with new one. Great customer service! Thank You Mdm Miza! 🙏🏻😊

Horrible af. Gave missing and wrong orders. I live 1hr away from Yew tee but bought for my family. Instead of refunding us or helping us call a nearer kfc to deliver our food. The told us to go back all the way to yew tee or travel to the nearest kfc which is not convenient too. [Reading the comments. It’s so obvious that they have issue with their orders and yet they still have yet to improve]

I recently visited this kfc outlet and was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The service was painfully slow with wait times exceeding 45mins for even 1 simple order (2pcs chicken meal). Despite it is not very busy. Overall, I would strongly advise against buying from this outlet unless you have several hours to spare and an endless supply of patience. Also please remember to check your order before leaving because there isn’t any sides(mash potato) given for my order.

bought three AM porridges and all of them had maximum 3 pieces of chicken each. staff are damn slow and unhelpful too. at this point they should pay people to eat here bc everything is so horrendous

i usually dont bother to write reviews but i really feel the staff deserve a big thumbs up for doing a service recovery to a few customers including me who ordered kfc new launch items during the peak hours. It was a 30 min long wait amidst the crowd but both foreigner ladies did a great job. They were super efficient in working together and constantly updating us on the waiting time and even serves us complimentary drinks. Ps. Dont bother reading the negative comments here. Most probably they have never worked in F&B before thats why so much kpkb

Always missing items in my order. Ordered via grab this time around. Always missing my orders. Missing my 2pc OR chicken from my 2pc chicken meal. Missing my Coke Zero from my Buddy meal. Can’t count how many times items from my orders have gone missing. Can’t possibly be that grab riders only steal from KFC orders only.

Experienced the worst service, requested for breast part chicken, after received my order, I opened my box to check and it was both drumstick and my coleslaw was missing, as I asked if I could change they just said once we packed it we can't change, and they said sorry for forgetting my coleslaw.. I just don't get it why we are not allow to change for requested piece which I asked when I ordered to change after it's packed??

Paid extra to change my fries to cheese fries, ended up with no side. My fault not to check afterwards but they also tie the plastic bags (takeaway) so tightly that I'd have to give up and tear it apart just to check.

tried their new item on the menu! ordered via grab and came fast. Honestly taste was not bad at all. Can feel the numbness of the mala taste after finishing the chicken, the bbq one taste pretty standard. Wish it was hot, more shiok!

wed 22 nov'23 bought chicken porridge very small portion & poor quality inspite of increase in price of $4.10 fr previous $3.50. Not buying anymore not money worth.

damn bad they take so long jst to prepare 2 sliders meal and it wasn’t crowded / peak hour this is why kfc wld nvr be better thn mcd.. -1/10 for the service and their worker have no sense of urgency jst taking their own sweet time for gods know what reason.

This KFC outlet has a lot of seats and its kitchen is comparatively big as well. It serves customers mostly from the Yew Tee district. It offers both a breakfast and a lunch menu. The breakfast hours is from 7am to 11am. The people behind the counter is really nice and the speed of service is fast as well. (Unless during lunch or dinner hours, the service is quite slow during lunch and dinner time. ) It has two kiosk machines and one cashier counter. The beverage is self serve. They will hand you a cup and you can fill whatever drink and ice you want by a machine, however, you can only fill it once. There is a crew member stationed near the drink machine so you are not likely to get a refill. Note:This crew member is also the cleaner so try to get a refill when she is busy. The best period to visit is about 2-5pm, that way you can get your food fast and it is still hot. Overall, this outlet is pretty neat and have very good people working behind the counter so I will visit it when I have the time.

Definitely gotta wait during peak hours as staff seems to lack the sense of urgency. More than $10 for a 2 piece set with a medium drink so KFC ain't quite worth it nowadays. Tasted alright but chicken was kinda small. Meal doesn't feel fulfilling. Would totally recommend the other fried chicken in the basement.

Customer service need to be improve. Hope the staff treat customer like they want to be treated. Food is good if you order at certain hours. Full serving of ice cream in the pic, is it worth it ?

It was my weekend routine with my son and this morning while I'm ordering.. this boy was telling me he wan a pancake with bacon. While I'm thinking what to order for myself I didn't think too much instead of ordering pancake deluxe platter I click on the hearty platter meal!!! After we received the meal this boy was asking where is my pancake? I was curious when I saw the burger bun and not pancakes so i went to the counter and ask. When I saw the menu on the counter I realize i have order the wrong platter so I quickly tell the staff that is OK I will just settle with it. But this Chinese lady staff was so friendly and kind she insis to give me the pancake while I tell her is OK. I really appreciate on your service. Thanks you for the kindness 😄

Used to be good, but they've been neglecting on the upkeep. All the tables are wobbly and grimy, probably due for a deep cleaning or replacement. The chairs are not the most comfortable. The floors are also always somewhat sticky, god knows what's on there. Food is subpar, even for KFC standards. It's quite overpriced too, imo. Service is ok I guess. Do better. Go to Macdonald's instead.
