Wait for 30mins for just porridge meal. Seriously…porridge likes sticky plus super diluted coffee. Staffs are not experienced to handle high volume of orders. They are not composed and feeling frustrated. Flooding customers streaming in asking for their order status. More needs to be done at this outlet.

First of all, this is not the first time I've ordered from Admiralty KFC. And this is not the first time they missed something in my order. I really wonder how they missed out on my cheese fries EVERY time I ORDERED. Ridiculously careless. This time, even more, cool okay. The chicken is not even cooked. I thought it was just my imagination that the chicken tasted raw until I tore it up and saw the red meat inside. Fantastic. Now I am just hoping not to get food poisoning from this. I think KFC should review the current employee working at the KFC. Bad service is not okay. RAW FOOD IS DEFINITELY UNACCEPTABLE. I am not asking the employee to serve us, the customers like a god. I just want a proper meal, nothing missing in my order and cooked food. This should be standard for an F&B.

Even after ordering crispy chicken I didn't complain when I was served original tasty chicken but when I went to eat it I saw that the quality of chicken has been spoiled by excessive salt which is not desirable from KPC at all.

This outlet my neighbourhood, First time visit become worst experience…. Only one kiosk in operation, people waited for long time …….Very disappointed due to super slow service for just 2 snacks … waited for 25 minutes. When I asked @ counter they said one of the snacks still preparing took another 10 minutes. Other snacks already packed in the end that snacks also not in hot crispy. Hope their management have to look and wake up,This will impact their reputation for this outlet if they not take action quickly. A lot of customer keep complaint about it. Since the competitor nearby with this outlet.

I experience very bad service today on 28 June 2023 at 1145am. I just bought fries for my daughter and I knew the staff busy and i just wait and put the money on the table. After few seconds the indian staff came to me and didn't even take the money but already gave me a change which is not correct. Then i said the change is wrong n she shout at me n said I throw the money to her but the money was in the table next to the register cash. How can she said I throw n she said I'm rude. This indian staff called her manager which I think the manager didn't even bother for me and ignored. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. PLS ARRANGE UR STAFF FOR A GOOD BEHAVIOUR N CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS.

Ordered zingerdouble down meal for takeaway. When I reach home, there was only 1 pieces of chicken ams 2 sides.need to take bus 4 stops away back to ask for the zinger double down,staff not only NOT Apologetic,and yet give a look like I'm an annoying customer! Hello people,I PAID FOR THE FOOD and need to waste time ans bus fare back to collect what i paid for you know! Come on KFC management, watch your staff's SUPER LOUSY ATTITUDE!

Ordered the Tuesday chicken set promo 5 PC for $9.90 x 2 set. They only gave me 8 chicken. I didn't check coz I trust singapore kfc.. but now I learn my lesson. Check ur meals guys.

Staff on duty: Dana and Mohana GM: Hairi I'm an absolute fan of KFC's food but im truly disappointed in the service I had today. Today at 9.10am when there are no customers around, I ordered my breakfast meal. As the staffs were just chatting and laughing away and I saw my food on the counter not packed, I asked the staff if I can take and pack my food myself. Dana said "Hello ma'am I'm packing your drinks" in a sarcastic tone and drinks are packed separately anyway. Thwy also almost got my order wrong, Dana also said that my order was a special order with bacon but it wasn't. The bacon was an add on. Mohana then interrupted saying "if you don't like it, you can go to McDonald's". Then Dana asked if I was Malaysian which I find very unnecessary. I don't see how me wanting to take my food is related to my nationality. I am very disappointed and hurt by such service and hope that measures can be taken to improve the service here.

Like many who commented here, the staffs here HABITUALLY miss out stuffs in your order, ALL THE TIME. I have to check every single time and every damn time there is something missing. And times when I happened to not be able to check in time, I’d still find something missing and it would be a hassle to go back and claim it. I know it’s still good to check your purchase no matter where, but if this mishaps do not happen as frequently at other fast food chains, the lack of standard inconveniencing customers really show at KFC Admiralty.

Ordered my meal & paid before letting me know that some item that I wanted in the set meal is not available… provided fries as alternative as there is nothing else available. Heard the workers talking about me behind my backs when I’m taking my drinks. What a bad experience in this outlet, do not recommend this place

Staff name DANA is very rude. Don’t deserve to be in customer service. The way I see her serving customers is really treating them like dogs. Really sarcastic and rude. I really hope the management can look into this particular staff. Especially when all the bad reviews are about her. The place is nice and cozy. Food is also good. It’s just really this particular staff that ruins the entire mood. Sad to see many customers experiencing the same attitude from Dana. Terrible service.

The service was incredibly poor. Despite the customer being right at the counter, every staff member walked past, blatantly ignoring them. To make matters worse, one staff member even loudly questioned, "Why are they standing there?" Such disrespectful behaviour is unacceptable, and it reflects a severe lack of management in this store.

I used to frequent this outlet prior to the big renovation. Since after the revamp, numerous problems started to surface. Orders are frequently forgotten/unfulfilled, incompetent staff, and dismal state of the restaurant (cleaning with wet mop, sloshing puddles of water on the floor that pool and get muddy with customer movement). A dinner order tonight missing a simple side of fries as part of the set meal was the last straw for me. The core issues around food quality, service standard and the outlet environment seem to stem from a lack of proper training and low staff morale and motivation. Either management needs to intervene pronto, or this outlet will forever be in the abysmal state it is currently in right now.

the staff name fauziah talks as if she knows it all and so rude, make us feel so inferior as paying customers even though we are trying to place an order and not finding trouble. we had to order at the counter that day because they had a technical error with chicken items at the kiosk, so we had to place order at the cashier verbally, which is already quite an inconvenience because of the different way of ordering, since kiosk would display all the options for you to tap and at the cashier you have to convey it verbally. we already went through the ordering process at the kiosk, just that we realised we couldnt pay due to the technical error hence we moved to the cashier, already knowing what we are ordering. the first order i ordered my bakkwa chicken meal, then i wanted to change the side to the new sweet potato criss cut fries, which i know is possible because it is an option in the kiosk. but then i said too quickly if "can change the fries to sweet potato fries" and she almost immediately snapped "there is no fries in the meal so what you want to change? only have the mash potato and the coleslaw" firstly dont have to be so rigid and you can think about the common misconceptions customers may have? it's literally just the side of the meal? and secondly if you could just be an ounce nicer in your tone. then when we wanted to place the next meal for the bakkwa burger meal, we wanted to upgrade the sweet potato fries, which was the default for the meal, into cheese fries, so that we can have one cheese fries and one sweet potato fries in our total order. but she said this meal cannot change the fries, which we thought should be possible since it could be ordered like that at the kiosk. since she said this sweet potato fries cannot change, then i should put the cheese fries in the first meal right, since that one could change. so i said "like this can i change the sweet potato fries in the first meal to cheese fries instead", then she said "ah now you want to change your mind". what??? is it illegal to change my mind? we wanted to change the second meal's side to cheese fries but only now we know cannot do that, so we have to make changes right? when she read back the order at the end, she say the first meal has 1 cheese fries 1 sweet potato fries, second meal has 1 sweet potato fries, so i asked her, "wait, total is it only 1 sweet potato fries, and 1 cheese fries?" then she said "ya lah, your meal 1 sweet potato fries 1 cheese fries what" and honestly at that point i just know our order has extra one portion of sweet potato fries but we were too tired to try to get our order right, i just want to get the transaction done and over with. and another notable thing is when this aunty look at the pos screen, she literally has to think so hard before pressing anything, it's as if shes not familiar with it, yet why does she talk like she's the boss of the place and superior to all the customers? i've often encountered bad customer service that make me feel resentment, but this one broke all records and was just so unreasonable, several points during the transaction i literally wonder, why would she say that? why the need for the tone?? why??? this aunty should be working as a cleaner at the hawker centre if that's how she wants to talk. anyway the sweet potato fries were also so cold and soft even though we opened it less than 10 mins after getting it (we dabaoed and took a 7 min walk home). 31/01/2024 7:00pm

4th time buying. KFC SG Admiralty is extremely bad tasting. Zinger tasted salty batter, nothing else. Even Mayo didn't save it. Famous bowl smells like dead chicken caracass, gravy plain salty. Why can't KFC SG get it right???? It's extremely horrible at Admiralty branch
