This was around Friday 10 July at 1.45pm. Never I have ever seen such horrendous customer service in my life. I was trying to ask for assistance on why my member qr code doesn't register on the kiosk, this woman who probably looks Indian brushed me off and to try again. I tried on the 2 kiosks and I didn't even know if it had registered it. I was also not familiar on how to use the kiosk and I wanted to order at the counter instead. I was waiting there for so long without any staff assisting me when I saw like only 1 or 2 orders at the time. I eventually gave up and I didn't want to order anymore. There were also trays not cleaned up lying on the tables and I saw like 2 trays on 2 different tables. The photo below shows one of it. Please up your standards KFC admiralty.

Thrilled to discover my favorite spot is now open until midnight! Big thanks to Kak Eryna for saving the day and helping me order when the kiosk was acting up. The perfect end to a long work day. Time to eat—always finger-lickin' good! 🤤

The food here is really good! Crispy chicken as always! Also, I would like to talk about Danish. He is a very attentive, and kind staff. Overall, he does make my time in KFC better! Definitely coming here when I got the chance!

At the counter have one person standby and I almost 30minutes for to receive my order, very poor service. Just one wrap and apple juice botte. When collecting moment said juice out of order…Mrt station atmosphere almost morning rush to work and your staff so lack of slowing preparation

Just tried the KFC Buldak Carbonara Double Down and wow… what an emotional experience. Not because it was good, but because I had to grieve the absence of the noodles that were promised. I’m pretty sure I got the “limited edition invisible portion” because I spent more time searching for the noodle than actually eating it. The photos made it look like a creamy, indulgent, carb-loaded masterpiece. What I got instead was a sad, minimalist interpretation like the chef was going through a breakup and decided noodles were just “too much commitment.” Honestly, I’ve seen more generous portions in airplane snacks. 10/10 for false hope 2/10 for actual noodles Would recommend if you’re trying to hit your protein and enjoy disappointment.
