So disappointed, the service told us that I can't feed the food (from outside) for the baby. So I have to return all my order. Where is the common sense!!!

Worst KFC I've ever been to in my life. However, I was so hungry that I would have eaten anything. To sum up, 3 stars is the maximum I can give.

I must be a glutton for punishment when it comes to KFC outlets in Singapore. At least, at this one the chicken was passable, assuming of course eating three-old road kill is the standard. The worst was the skinny teenage cashier who somehow managed to get both our orders completely wrong. A fact that almost escaped our awareness since the receipt listed the items in an less than clear abbreviated fashion. “Too late, already” he says as he turns and walks away, when we asked him to correct the order.

The worst KFC I've ever been to.... The chickens were not fresh at all. I have realized since eating the skin and batter, they were soggy in oil. When I ate the meat nearby the skin, it was soft and not fresh. As it got deeper near to the bone, it is completely inedible, I can taste the funkiness and immediately spit it out. Better be safe than getting food poisoning. Update: i told the staff that the chicken has gone bad and and he just said thank you for the feedback while continued serving other guests.

This outlet's food quality is different from the other outlets I have had in Singapore so far. The food here doesn't seem fresh, as if it had been cooked long before they served it to the customers. The bread of the Zinger burger was dry, and the fried chicken meat was also dry. While KFC fries usually have a crispy coating, the fries from this outlet were just normal fries.

Smaller than any outlet, very dirty tables, food is cold and soggy, Service is VERY VERY SLOW A staff was taking his time cleaning the basin and mopping around the sink. Knowing the fact that i went to wash my hand and he continued to mop which results in banging into me with the mop. Hurts so bad. Never going to come here again!

We had good dining experience in KFC jewel. It is located at B2 level. We tried original recipe chicken burger & smash chicken burger meal. They do have self order kiosk. The best part is unlimited drink refill. You can try coke original, sprite or fanta purple etc which is something not available in india.

just read comment. they are correct.. service staff at counter no don't have basic service knowledge. food quality is bad compared to other outlets and atmosphere bad. overall not worth for the money . we can pay another 5 dollar per person and can go better restaurant.

There's a great vibe in every restaurant at Jewel. We had a good dining experience at KFC Jewel. We tried the chicken boxes and burgers with coke and fries, which were good, fresh, delicious, and a bit spicy compared to Australian KFC. This is a great place to acquire lots of food at a reasonable price as you wait for your next flight.

Worst KFC ever. It hazardous, fries and drinks have chemical smell. Staff is visibly tired and overworked. Remove this KFC from the Airport.

Staff were very unwelcoming, unfriendly bordering rude, and most of the items weren't on the menu, or they were just too lazy to prepare it. Rather than have a negative experience here. Better to just dine in the other restaurants beside.
