I waited for 20min for a meal and we asked the staff if the food is ready. They told me that the order was preparing. After 20mins, the order still had not arrived yet. We proceeded to ask them if the order was done. Surprisingly, they told us that the order has not even appeared in their system. This is ridiculous. Do not go there to eat again.

Next time videoing will be a better option to prevent anyone from getting scammed by kfc . To protect customers rights and staff rights. In any case of dispute or missing order or items. The one at fault will be liable for their mistakes . I highly encourage everyone buying from kfc to get a clip on video camera

I’ve ordered my food at 12.11pm, waited for 10mins before my number was shown on the display screen and waited another 5mins the number was gone and my order is not ready yet. So what is the purpose of the display screen on “now preparing” and “ready for pickup” it left the customers gone questioning 🤨 The whole store aircon is so bad! The store can earn more money when their service could be faster.

Honestly of all the KFCs I've visited in singapore, many have disappointed me with their quality that has stooped so low in the few years. However, this specific outlet has impressed me and brought me back to the nostalgic love that I had for KFC their burgers and fries are not fresh and not soggy/cold/hard like most outlets nowadays. 10/10 overall.
