I quite enjoyed it! As a prata lover, the idea of swapping burger buns for flaky prata already won me over. The prata was crispy and paired really well with the curry sauce, which was thick, rich and packed with flavour. I ended up eating it piece by piece instead of like a normal burger because it would’ve been way too messy otherwise. The whole combination reminded me of China’s 肉夹馍 (roujiamo), except with crispy fried chicken and a local twist. If you enjoy prata, I’d say it’s worth trying at least once.

Am utterly disappointed by the “Limited time offers,” namely the pictured Chicken Macaroni with 1 hot drink. There is only 1 tiny chicken cube with a few chicken skins… and that’s it. The rest is a galore of frozen good packaged in their signature bowl. Seriously $4.50 is overpaid for this overvalued bfast.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. First, the quality of your drink cups is absolutely unacceptable. This is not the first time it has happened. The cups are constantly flimsy and poorly made. I went to KFC in a perfectly good mood, only to have my drink spill all over me because of the cup's poor quality. My clothes were soaked, my mood was ruined, and I was forced to go home and take another shower even though I had just showered before leaving the house. A simple meal should not turn into such an irritating and unnecessary inconvenience. Secondly, the chicken selection is incredibly disappointing. I ordered a combo meal with three pieces of chicken, and all three pieces were chicken breast. Seriously? Many customers dislike receiving only breast meat because it is often the driest and least enjoyable part. Receiving three breast pieces in one meal feels unfair and gives the impression that KFC is simply trying to get rid of less popular cuts rather than providing a balanced meal. Honestly, experiences like this explain why McDonald's is often packed with customers while KFC outlets can be nearly empty. KFC is an international fast-food chain, yet the quality control, product quality, and overall customer experience are among the worst I have encountered. Instead of improving these long-standing issues, it seems like nothing ever changes. I expect KFC to take responsibility for these recurring quality problems and make serious improvements. Customers pay for a pleasant dining experience, not spilled drinks, ruined clothes, and disappointing meals. Very dissatisfied customer.
