Ordered takeaway, the chicken was very dark in colour like burnt compared to the previous times I order which look more fresh and juicy. It was so tough to chew as if like they just any how fry the chicken, this is the first time I have ever experience this after years of eating from KFC. I don't know why they were still able to sell this to customers, it should be rejected and complained by the manager to the workers who fried the chicken. Unbearably acceptable.

The food all is blend in this outlet. The mash potato is going spoilt. The kentaco was so dry i couldnt finish it .The zinger burger had no mayonaise.The bun was over burnt. Only the milo was good😅 .Overall this outlet really was terrible.wont be coming here again. PS.I am working as a chef and i know what i am talking about when it comes fo food.

Don’t buy this promo, hope it will end soon! Cashier say they can give only smallest size of chicken because its promotion! $5.95 And cannot give the usual size of chicken..then what is the promotion are for? See the photo taken first day of the sale!

Ordered takeaway, told that we have a wait time of about 15 mins. We waited for 30, which was ridiculous. Fortunately the chicken didn't look half bad. But we literally ordered only 2 pieces of chicken, so I don't understand how frying a batch of chicken takes 30 mins.

Friendly counter service 😊 the new items (zingeritto and goldspice fries) were not bad. But the original 2-piece chicken could have been better. Just a very typical fast-food experience.

Kinda disappointed with my order. order take away and upon reaching home found out its wrong order. My mistake i didnt open the box to check and also didnt take the receipts. The mash potato taste like going to spoil, the chicken is very hard to chew. Burger is wrong order. The staff attend to me was a trainee (Monica). Friendly staff but need more training. Wont be returning back to this outlet.

Been awhile since i bought from here as my past visits were usually met with dry and hard chicken. Unfortunately, my tiny pieces of Original chicken today were once again hard and looks like it has been left to dry out. Why is this outlet's chicken standard so bad?

So far this outlet is zero for three, literally always getting our order wrong. The woman serving behind the register is abrupt and pushy, and has no interest in customer satisfaction. We’ll be actively avoiding this KFC in future.

Coleslaw tasted sour. Didn't know so many bad reviews at this branch now. Haven't been back for more than a year and food is not fresh. Even the chicken skin looked dark. Am surprised now KFC 2 piece meal must choose a small part? Why did you increase the price and then post this restriction? KFC sucks now.

Quite possibly the worst KFC in the whole of Singapore. The premise is perpetually tainted by unclean, sticky floors. Very unhelpful staff who refused to process my order redemption from Shopee and insisted that I download an app and waste 15mins to set it up before waiting another 15mins for the order to be prepared - so much for fast food.

Had the worst experience here! Ordered 2 rice bowls through online app around 8:30pm. Waited 20mins but no sign of food so went to the counter only to find out they are out of rice bowl. Asked for refund but was told they can’t refund. So I changed to two pieces chicken meal as I like mashed potatoes but was given smaller than average pieces of chicken and two coleslaw. Also I wan’t told they are out of mashed potatoes beforehand. This happened not during rush hour with only me and two other customers in the store. Overall very pathetic customer service and food. Recommend to stay as far away from them.

Was the only customer in the store this afternoon. Bought 5 pc chicken and requested for 2 drumsticks and 3 thighs. Staff (young trainee) said she will try. Upon collection I asked if she managed to get the parts I requested and she said yes. To my disappointment when I got home, there were 2 breast meats, 1 thigh and 2 drum sticks. I understand if there are shortages of thighs, I would have gladly changed to wings or more drumsticks if the staff had been honest. It is either a dishonest act on her part to dismiss my request, or incompetence to differentiate the parts (although one piece has v obvious ribs anatomy). Either way, advise everyone to check their food order instead of believing the staff. Feedback sent to KFC, received a call a few days later. Turns out staff was indeed a trainee that started 1 week ago and wasn’t able to differentiate the parts well.

Very bad service. We ordered via the app and was supposed to get our food before 12.17pm, but no updates no nothing even till 12.30pm. The entire physical queue cleared for 2 whole rounds and there was no sign of the food yet. The counter staff ignored us when we went to ask about our food. Only when we stood by the counter to ask and stare them down, then they started to print our order label and started packing our food. Bad experience.

The service here is bad. Told to wait 25mins For crispy chicken, so decided not to wait and go for original. End up the order burger also had to wait for 20mins but was not informed at first. Worse is the attitude of staff showed no interest on following up with the orders, despite I’m being impatient. The food is ok. The a/c there somehow is not working, comparatively hotter than the rest area in the mall. Hope the management can do something on it.

Man, iam left with no words to say. In this outlet, there were cashiers that were nice to me, and the food was actually amazing. Very underrated store, more people should go try it out. Oh and also, I recommend you to try the 6pc saucy wings set meal (choose spicy sauce trust me it's so good). It's so good, you will definitely be back for more. Remember to order it, as the 6pc saucy wings meal is actually not on the menu, so you have to say out the order. I live quite close to anchorpoint, so it is convenient for me to go eat kfc at anchorpoint. I always come here, and I would definitely go back for more. This place is sooo good! Everybody should go try it, or you'll be missing out.
