Had changed of plans and needed a cake the next morning. Was already nearing closing time and your beautiful staff, Nuru, waited for me. Cake was delicious and all my staff love it! Thank you!

Got the Lychee Cheesecake for a birthday. Family absolutely loved it. The combination sounds odd but it works so well together. The natural sweetness of the lychee combines well with the light cheesecake, with the jelly layer not overpowering the rest of it either. All the aspects of the cake compliment each other so well. Very reasonably priced also. Will definitely buy another cake from here!

I was there to get some gifts for CNY and decided to get 2 jars of cookies that came with a CNY paper carrier. However I was shocked with the way it was packed - the shop assistant actually do not know to fold the paper carrier properly and used scotch tape to just paste and paste, and despite the paste and paste, the sides still pop up and the scotch tapes were not applied neatly. Disaster. Don't know how to give that ugly thing away as a gift. When I went home, I realised that no scotch tape was actually needed, there are slots designed on the paper carrier for folding and inserting. I removed all the tapes and did the fold myself. Unfortunately, the carrier was already in a very poor and torn condition due to her pressing, folding and scotch tapes. Disaster. Still can ask me to buy more.....

I was attended by one of your very friendly customer service named, Aida! She was very cheerful despite I came during the time that she was breaking her Fast but she chose to stop whatever she was doing and attended to me very promptly and she had totally made my day by assisting me with the slicing of the jelly cake too! It is an exemplary service provided by Aida and all the Customer Service staffs need to learn from her and take her as an example and role model. Kudos Aida!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff name Nabila were so friendly and she had a happy face while she was talking to the customer. It's really delicious and it's soft for kids to eat 🥰
