Highly recommended for great service by Huiyu. She is very helpful girl. So grateful that she helps me with my cake order with my different collection arrangement. Loves her smiles too. Keep it up Huiyu👍🏻❤️

We love Ravidah, a staff in the shop. But we are extremely upset with the management of Jellyheart We bought a 10” jelly cake and when we collect the cake, we were told that no bag will be provided as “the cake is too big”. We were stunned by this counterintuitive statement and was very concerned about how to carry the cake home, together with a large cheesecake for 25 pax that we also bought at the shop. To help us, Ravidah went an extra mile to buy a large carry bag from Muji so we can carry the cake home despite the management seems to believe it is not the shop’s responsibility to do so. We really appreciate her for her thoughtfulness and her can-do attitude :)

Got the heart jellyhearts. Cheesecake layer taste like jello too, expected cheesecake taste and texture in the middle. 8.50 for a small cup of heart strawberry cheesecake ohwell.
