Very bad customer service! I queued in one of the two rows of queues as there were two counters opened. When I'm next in line, the cashier pointed at me with his index finger and said "stand there don't move!" He then proceeded to prepare the food for other orders. I was taken aback but thought maybe he was tired from his shift thus the attitude. Waited for minutes more and all of a sudden this same cashier asked me and my partner (who's still standing at the same spot, not moving a single bit) to order from the counter beside him. All he said was "You go over there now to order!" I was puzzled but sure, given that he wasn't very soft and was rather demanding. Did not want to pick a fight so I proceeded to the counter beside to place my order which at that time the counter just finished serving a customer. Bearing in mind that there's also a queue behind for that counter, we place our orders to this new cashier as instructed by my not-very-polite cashier. Halfway through ordering, the not-very-polite cashier suddenly raised his voice at us and told us that we cut a guy's queue (the guy behind us now in the new counter). I was rather confused because that guy that we "cut his queue (or so the not-very-polite cashier claims)" came after us! Thus i told him that it was him whom asked us to place our order now with the other cashier and my partner told him that guy came after us! He was then in denial mode and argued saying that in the first place his own counter was already closed thus he wanted us to join the other queue but we just stood there instead waiting for him. DUDE, YOU POINTED YOUR INDEX FINGER AT ME AND ASKED ME TO STAY PUT. AND YOU DID NOT FLIP YOUR MENU AROUND TO SHOW US THE "COUNTER CLOSED" SIGN. AND NOW YOU ARE ACCUSING US FOR THINGS THAT YOU ASKED US TO DO?! INTERESTING. Hope the management do something about his customer service skill and send him for communication training. I have attached a snapshot of him here cause I did not get his name given that the restaurant was having long queues (after getting my food I sat down to eat and observed that he has been "closing" and "opening" his counter on and off, leaving the other cashier alone to handle the crowd. Poor boy).

Tucked away in a corner, this oulet has a decent space.Can hold abt 30/40 pax.Not much crowd@ the time(morning) I went.Staff@ counter seems stressed despite having only 3customers@that time.Didnt have a friendly tone when the customer infront asked something.🤔 Floor was wet(mopping).

Everytime i buy food here always take away one. Dont like to dine in here. Scolding season all day long. Can hear outside while eating. I do not know how staff feeling while on duty.. no wonder service is not good because the head is thesame. OMG 😅

This was one of the worst KFC outlets i've been to. They only gave one plate for the chicken even if it was two seperate meals. Do they expect us to share one plate? I had also requested for no spring onions on the cheese fries, but it came with spring onions. Good thing it wasn't takeaway and i was dining in. No wonder KFC is losing out to Mcd's and Burger King... awful environment to dine in.

My mum add on to switch to cheese fries and juice. No spring onions as seen in pic. Cheese or mayonnaise fries? When told that change was not returned, staff said repetively it's not a huge matter. The fried chicken is not flavourful and hot. Feel like kfc is deproving for most outlets. I used to come here in the past when schooling. Certainly not this level of standard.

waited to order for 15-20 mins ordered a spicy dipper and a cheese fries. did not get the sriracha style sauce. very disappointed.

i ordered food for self pickup and they forgot to give me one of the items i paid for. Firstly, i called to inform them but they didnt pick up. 🙄 Secondly, my hard earned money is wasted. 😡Thirdly, i do not have any food to eat and im starving. 💔 Overall, 1/10 experience, do not recommend.

I experienced the Oil stagnation from the crispy chicken is flooding in the baskets 🧺 which is served. I didn’t have this kind of experience from Other outlets. Dear KFC pls take note on this. Hope to serve better in future.!

to the malay girl cashier, u dont know what professionalism is? 11am breakfast menu over, i come at 11.05 order my food. u listen to my whole order, then tell me sit one side wait for my food. i wait 10 minutes, i ask u how long more, u say chicken not done. then i wait somemore, until another cashier come and ask why i staring, then i said i order already, and when the cashier ask the malay girl, the malay girl said she didnt even take down my order. to be specific, she said : “take down order for what! chicken not even done”. and she didnt tell me that she didnt take my order? can tell she abit off in the head one, when someone else come order she tell them go sit, wait 10 minutes, and started laughing at them. management do u allow your staff to be like this? do a detailed check because i dont think someone like her should be working here. description of staff: wearing black hijab, mask, looks middle aged. attached her picture so that management wont mix up the wrong person - if they even bother to deal with this. her name is ruma. anyone eating here better avoid her at all costs 🤮 ask me to leave with my takeaway and never even give me my drink. thank god i checked.

ordered at 5.20pm online for takeaway for 6pm. when i reached at 6pm, food wasnt even ready yet and had to wait another 20mins. guess there was a staff shortage since the was a queue from the counter to the door yet no one took their order.

I was at d Jurong West St 51 KFC on 13 Sept 2023 @1715. There was tis older man serving and I personally feel he was rude using words. I hv been there many times n none of the staffs who serve hv spoken rudely on choosing d Ckn pcs at our choice n tey r always very polite, but tis older man serving jus simply was rude when I ask on weather I could hv d breast pcs n drumstick but he rudely ans me with a stern tone tat we can't chose the pcs we want n keep using these words to me "do u understand". I mean ters are nice ways to express words especially when serving at a counter even when it comes to d drink I ask do tey hv L drinks, he ans back med drink is alrdy lik L. Service is simply 0 for him. I'm very dissatisfied ☹️

Inform me that my Shopee voucher need to order from KFC app. Once done they did not prepare my order and the staff keep talking n talking. After 10min i think a supervisor come to ask them if that person waiting for the order then they only notice the KFC app order n just want to prepare for the food. Same ask the Malay staff that previous person review.

Just close down this store man. Got 4 workers at counter area, use 1 cashier pos only? Heck ive been standing at the counter for 20mins then go change counter to the left side ( fyi leftside got like a whole q the ppl are waiting for their food and paid already why go to that counter? common sense la, me and the other 3 people behind have been waiting to get our order done..) In the end never even order and left the place. to the other 3 wrokers that saw us queing on the right side of the cashier cant even have the initiative to take our orders?) I rather you finish taking all orders and then focus on the food rather than the q to pile up which stress u even more.) Alamak i know fnb is hard to work at i myself a fnb server but wah the moment that chinese lady change to the counter full of people waiting for their food already a stupid move.

I kindly suggest that KFC conducts a comprehensive review of the operational efficiency at this particular branch. Regrettably, the service experienced during our recent visit was notably slow and lacking in effectiveness. Despite providing feedback to the staff regarding these concerns, the response received indicated a high volume of orders as the primary cause. However, it was observed that only one staff member was actively engaged in fulfilling orders, which has left us considerably disappointed with the overall experience.

There was great music playing, the people working at the counter were really nice and the atmosphere was great, I brought takeaway food, it took me 15 mins to get home, the food was only warmed up, it wasn't fresh so it lost points in that.

Slow, app show 7mins, but i wait for 25mins Nobody will accept you, just let you stand Infront the counter, let every customer stand until tried and sit down, so they no need to serve customer Chicken are very very 'big'.
