Visited the outlet on 7 September 2022. Fast food or slow food? Literally have to wait an hour before getting my food. Staff by the name of Kelly is forgetful and didn't even bother to reconfirm my order and just walk away leaving me shocked and confused. Is this surpose to be the service attitude for the famous KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN?

Don't bother visiting. Order takes more than an hour. Inefficient counter staff, inefficient kitchen.

Hello, I was just at 9.49pm261 Serangoon Central Dr, #01-15, Singapore 550261 I bought a set of 3 pieces of fried chicken. When I got home, I found that there were only 2 pieces. The cashier did not give any receipt. I only remember that she charged $10++. Please let me know how to deal with it.

Very disappointed with the quality of items ordered. The food was literally cold, u can imagine how the chicken which is supposed to be hot n crispy tastes if its cold. The nuggets were tasting stale, fries were soggy. This is not the taste of kfc tat i know. Overall very disappointing. Is it the delivery issue or quality? Bye bye KFC. Texas is 1000 times better.

Lai yinghan, a special employee with good attitude and always trying his best to serve his customers. Polite and every statement is with sincerity and effort in it. Kfc is fortunate to have him as employee. Makes a tired diner day with his positive and politeness.

In Sep or Oct 2022, i ordered kfc from this little outlet and brought home for lunch, and was so surprised to find the pieces so small, and much smaller than those at the NEX outlet. Ordered two more times from this outlet over the next two-three months, and confirmed that the pieces from this outlet were actually much smaller. The third time, I actually complained to the staff, and she added a nugget into the box. Just wondering why was there such a vast size difference or was I so unlucky to be given only small pieces. I will not recommend this outlet, after such experiences!

Ordered 3 sets of 3 pc meals on the mobile app for takeaway. 2 rounds of bad experience with them. 1) they misread the order chip and gave only two sets. Went back to them in less than 5 mins. They admitted their mistake and prepared another set. 2) i came home with the supposed 3 sets of 3 pc meal, only to discover that they only gave 1 coleslaw with the 3rd set. They did not pack the coleslaws with the other 2 sets. They short changed me 2 coleslaws. I think the manager of this store ought to look into the service of their staff. I was the only customer there then yet he made mistake repeatedly. I did request him to check the first bag he packed for me but he brushed it off. Anyway, the chicken was a disappointment too.
