Had the new satay crunch chicken. I thought it was really tasty. Came out properly and was hot and crispy. I did not care for the peanut sauce on the side.

I understand your man is busy at the peak period, wanting us to skip counter order. Your man told me need to wait for the order, but not mean you man turn over busy by saying keep waiting lah like the sound you don’t want take order for me, very rude attitude. Hope you all can do some improvements. Thanks.

Please boycott 888 KFC. This is not the first time I'm encountering issues with this outlet. I ordered 3pcs chicken and told not to have breast meat, but I ended up 2 breast meat and with one seriously small (See image). Besides the chicken, the 3 bowls of personal bowl I have ordered end up with 1 bowl without popcorn chicken, adding to it, another 2 bowl potato taste burned. Lastly, I was also short changed with 1 mash potato. I'm not sure if their staffs were working or sleeping, always having missing item or very bad quality product. Also, ask for extra chill also a pain, they end up giving additional 1 pack from 1 pack for my 3 piece chicken. I hope this outlet get change to other brand. This outlet is hopeless.

Ordered 2 pc meal today at woodlands 888 plaza. Wish to feedback that the soft drinks are horrible. Flat with no bubbles. Tried calling the outlet to reflect but can't get thru the line. Appreciate if the respective branch manager and look into the matter. Thank you

the only KFC outlet i visit whenever i'm in Singapore. its never exactly the best experience, but the morning staff are usually very friendly. i'm here normally for their porridge and cheese fries. (update 2018) their new grilled chicken is pretty good. got a good taste and a decent bite.

Extremely slow in packing orders. Waited 15mins for a 2pc chicken meal. Came when there were no crowds, and everything was fully stocked. But my order was just sitting near the drink area just halfway packed. Had to point to the staff. Not the first time. Staff needs to pay attention and manager needs to get a handle on things.The saddest KFC outlet I’ve been to.

1) Robotic Staffs. No Smile No nothing. 2) Ordered a total of 3+2pcs chicken. Given 1 wing 1 drum 3 breast. There are only 2 patrons and 1 of them was myself. I wonder do the staff brings home the better part of chicken after? 3) facing outside the shop all tables are filled with patrons eating zi char. While kfc being empty. So you know the reason why no one wanna patronize this outlet even during dinner timing.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting KFC 888 Plaza, and I must say that the service I received from Celest was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by her warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. First and foremost, her sweet and welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease. It's not every day that you come across such a friendly and approachable team. She made me feel valued as a customer and created a comfortable atmosphere throughout my visit. What impressed me the most was her service-oriented approach. She went above and beyond to cater to my needs and preferences, which is a rarity these days. Celest attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. Celest truly deserve strong recognition for her outstanding work.

Went to KFC today. As usual, the atmosphere is quiet and lull period. But today, one of the staff stopped a group of preschoolers and their teachers who seemed to be on a learning journey to the neighbourhood area. Apparently, they wanted to offer the kids some food. How sweet! Especially on a hot, sweltering weather. Thank you for such a thoughtful initiative, KFC 888!

stupidly disgusting place. no hygiene whatsoever. my boyfriend had severe food poisoning after eating here. meat is grey and not fresh wonder how many days do they keep their chicken. do not eat here.

This review is relation to my Grab Order on 28 of October 2023 I was not satisfied with the service provided by Kfc 888 Plaza. I put up the delivery schedule of 10:00AM-11:00AM slot for the grab order but it reached at 9AM? What’s this? Don’t you all have any courtesy to inform that you going to deliver early, my food turned cold!! And some more i was missing a one ala carte porridge which i ordered along with the OR burger set that comes with porridge, yall dk how to do your job isit, causing inconvenience to your customers, i’m never going to step or order from this outlet again To the management, i would like to request for appropriate actions to be taken in place to your staffs as this is not acceptable, does your staff doesn’t know the SOPs? Really, this is NOT acceptable

Mar'24 - came for breakfast in the morning. Only 1 aunty prepare and serve at the counter, rather messy lar. 2023- I think it is pretty standard KFC. But my friend say it is the best KFC in Singapore.

Ordered and paid for Cheesy Pockett meal costing S$8.95 but when i got home, i found KFC has given me the cheaper BBQ Pockett instead which is S$8.80. Didn't bother to walk all the way back to KFC under the scorching sun to exchange. Give me my money back please...and your BBQ sauce is too sweet, and the waiting time is a little too long with only a few orders... But this store's Cheesy Fries is one of the best around as its "fresher".

I ordered takeaway using the app. The purpose of using the app is to be able to collect your food swiftly when reached. What was appalling is they pack empty Coke cup in the plastic bag and ask me to fill my own drinks. I will not visit 888 KFC for takeaway again because they are not thinking.

Bad experience today! Ordered takeaway and everything went well. Got my food fast and left. Walked 15 mins , arrived at an ourdoor location to break my fast but I realise they didnt give me cutlery. How am I gonna eat my famous bowl without spoon? Haha. So I had to walk back. Upon arriving , their attitude shock me. 3 staffs were at the counter ; 1 indian aunty, 1 indian lady & 1 malay tudung. I told the indian aunty and she just turned away and told the indian lady to take over. I told my issue and I heard the malay tudung lady giggling. Idk whats so funny? The indian lady then told me if nvr ask cutlery wont receive it. Im shock at her response
