Used to be my place for breakfast, but this year changed staff to an old aunty and who is very rude and impatient. We arrive there like 8:30 and can see there’s a lot of egg sandwiches that are ready but she scold people that she just arrived and she is cooking, so we must leave. Walao, we all see there’s like 15-20 ready sandwiches. And isn’t it the opening time is 7:30? And you arrive the store at 8:30? And scold people away? Not even ask us to wait for sometime just ask us to go away.

Would have given no star if there is even such an option. Auntie at stall does not open on time. 8am is the stated opening time for this place, and she only serves after 8.15am, or by her own schedule. Food already in place, but tells customer to wait all the time, while she goes ahead and does her own things. If not for the morning rush I wouldn't be so bothered, but this is honestly unacceptable. There is only so much time before I become early for work to being late. She also gave me a wrong item for my order once, and I got a cheaper item for a more expensive order.

I would like to feedback that there is this aunty working there who is obnoxiously rude. I haven't even ordered. I was just rubbing my nose and she went, "Can you not do that in Mandarin". I was taken aback as she said it quite loudly. I did not know that rubbing my nose was a crime. After that she told me that if I wanted my order, I would need to wait for 10mins. I asked if she the food was already done. She replied that it was but I still had to wait.

Would have rated 0 stars if I could. Rude staff, an old lady, complaining about me making payment via nets which will take less than a minute to approve. “Aiyo, why make payment via nets, got long queue behind” when obviously she was the one who disappeared for more than 10 minutes resulting in the long queue, and isn’t it the customer’s right to select their preferred payment method?????? I hope something can be done about the staff attitude.

Didn’t want to leave a review on this but the auntie at the stall is next level rude. Complaining about the order and getting the order wrong. Never had a worse experience in Singapore.

We ordered a Pearly Taro, but the Auntie said it will only be ready in an hour. After asking her why and asking for an explanation, she just ended up making it! Perhaps only wanted the quick orders to be processed at 9am.

Experienced terrible service. The female staff was unwilling to serve, she served like she didn't even want to work. Losing temper with customers for no reason. The low reviews for this shop is real. Horrible experience.

So many poor reviews of the aunty. Although my daughter felt that she was impatient in preparing our order, I thought she was ok. Not rude. She even bundle up some items to give me more value for money and apologised for making me wait when she made a mistake in keying in the bill. The soybean milk could be filtered more for a completely smooth texture IMO.

The shop is closed at 6:30pm as specified in website. I reached at 6:05pm and waited until 6:20pm, no single staff inside the shop. I don’t know whether Mr Bean is interested in the business. I gave up and leave. I will give zero mark if I can.
