Waited a long time for my order which was understandable as the staff explained they had run out of ingredients. However, the egg was not cooked (egg white still transparent). Was expecting something better with the wait.

Curt & Unfriendly staff who r more interested in doing their chores than customer service. When asked if they got tea politely it took a second question before she said Wait!. Pls change these 2 staff . Don’t need them at polyclinics.

I wish I could give a minus star. Their big pao is the worst pao I have ever eaten in my life. The meat inside looks like from some unwanted leftovers all mixed together. Horrible. Pls don't order. Mr Bean shld really look at sourcing better paus.

Long established business that made customers disappointed. The quality of food had been dropping. Wanted to sell as many varieties as possible but it compromise the quality and service when businesses have no choice but to employ elderly locals who are slow with age inevidably. And yet, the business is still not able to fully utilize catchless system other than Nets which make shops even slower in transactions with unnecessary long queue.

Have always liked the drinks and food from here. Never had a problem but just had a problem with one of the staff here. She was serving another customer in front of me but was using the phone while serving. I dont mind but the customer had to repeat her orders over and over again. I took a drink from the fridge, the staff was talking to me and then back on the phone. I didnt get what she said. Asked. She said close close. I was asking so is the counter already close? She was happily talking on the phone still. I had to shout hello. Only then her colleague assisted us. Is this how customers are supposed to be treated?

Pricey. No set meals which brings up the costs as you have to buy items ala carte. Given that the store is located in a polyclinic, this should ideally not be the case.
