On 3 separate occasions I wanted the Watermelon Soya Milk, on all 3 occasions I was told there were no watermelons left. The final time I think the staff told me there wasn't such a drink anymore. Super disappointed as I love this drink, if it's no longer available pls remove it from the menu. The only consistent thing left is their Hazelnut Royale pancake.

Gave a voucher for a drink but the lady was busy counting her cash and did not respond to me. She only took my voucher after she finished counting. Also the drink was quite sweet, she didn’t ask what sugar level I wanted. But because I support Mr Bean products, not its service, I have rated this outlet with 3 stars. 😊

Bought just 1 normal bean curd . the Q was atleast 15 ppl ahead . But was pretty fast . Saw those previous Review was really Bad but turn up to be Smooth n Good for me .

Not sure why the ice cream is always not available. Went at around 8pm last week but to no avail, which was understandable I suppose. Then tried again on a Saturday at 11am and they said that they have not started doing the ice cream..

Terrible working customer service. 3 staff in the morning & taking their times to serve customer. 1 busy with making pancake I fully understand. Another 2 take thir time dont care about the q, I m in q 3 yet waited more than 10 mins.

Was here 9Sept Sat ard 6pm. Older lady making pancakes + 1 young lady and 1 young guy pack order/cashier. Service wasn't good from the 2 young duo + was given wrong pancake. Ordered pandan cheese but given normal cheese. Only realise when I reached home and ate it. Cost is also different. Please improve on your service and organisation. Also, the young guy did not ask me if I wanted sesame or peanut for my 3-in-1 riceball order and did not ask about sugar level also. Which is quite different from other branch. Not sure if they are lazy to make a fresh order as I saw they took a ready made 3-in-1 rice ball order and put in plastic bag for me. Other branches always make on spot. Pancakes were messily stacked on top of each other.

Order food using self pick up, need to be collected by 10:41 am you reach there already still need to wait another 10mins. Bruh, i first time using the apps or what? I use this grab apps for so long already. Unless if it stated there still process ofcos i won't come to collect the foods. And i'm in rush for work. So i only decided to collect my drink first. Its only one drink and one bean ham. And not even that busy, got 3 staff. You cannot even handle your little order? Not even order more then 2 foods -.-

Very lousy customer service, especially the 2 young ladies at the waterway point. Not happy don't work there la.When was collecting food, the staff was especially very rude and snobbish . She mention you order delivery?I am a customer and I pay to see you attitude? I think your hq should send some one to do some quality control.

This lady the service attitude is poor and rude. She yelled: Pick up just shout out call ur number la.. so rude no manner want take one spoon shouted at me.. gosh what is going on..take one spoon take their own sweet time. Customer don’t owe you money please. Well.. now I know this is customer service standard!

The young lady handling front counter has extremely bad customer service. She never admit her mistake and reply defiantly to customers. From Mr Bean Waterway Point outlet's review, quite many customers are pointing out their lousy attitude especially the lady staff. Mr Bean's management please pay attention to your customer reviews and improve your staff training particularly in basic customer service etiquette.

This is the first time I wrote bad review on Google. I was attended by a very rude young female service staff with tattoo on her inner arm. When I was making payment on nets machine, I pulled my card out after payment done and the machine shifted out of the original place due to the pull force which is not really strong. She scolded me saying why I pulled my card out so hard later the machine spoilt. She even examined the machine in front of me to check whether it’s spoilt! Ridiculous! And it’s not the first time I encountered bad service in this branch, the other young female staff wearing specs oso got attitude problem!

Bought the 3in1 rice ball, and no sugar. Upon opening it at home, it was with sugar :/, and one of the rice ball already burst.

This Malay gal here if you don't wish to work during CNY then dont work ( hustini) if I nvr spelled wrongly . Attitude problem . In service line , but customer still got to see. You attitude seriously rude. I ordered 2 soya milk wanted to ask one more sugar and one normal but nvr really wanna replied me just took out the 50% sugar and while i ask for I wanna add sugar she give attitude to me and nvr listen well till she gave it to mee and confirm again, was getting one no sugar one 100% ,itsnt all sugar go by % 🌚after I told her I wanna it to be one 50% instead and the other 100% sugar she was like not happy and showing more attitude to me till I do my payment I saw handling to her withy hand but when she's giving change 🌚she just dump to the table. What service was this 🌚 Plus : end up both I got was one with no sugar taste and one with only 50%sugar

Read others reviews and I am not alone in regards to the poor service standard. The young woman is impatient and impolite to paying customers. Threw the remaining cash onto the counter. Could feel her bad energy when communicating with her. Buy at your own risk. I'd encourage customers to proceed to other outlets to purchase. Do not let the woman's attitude ruin your day.

Was having three staff, one cashier two server.. in front of me queuing two people only.. they making order very slow.. and trying to act like they can’t see somebody is queuing.. I’ve paid and the drink was prepared.. and yet they ask me to wait.. I don’t know what are they doing.. the service is poor and slow.. if hired three people still not efficient enough, I will suggest hire more people.. haha
