5 stars for the cheese pancake which I’ve tried for the first time. I only ordered one but because I liked it and came back for more. I ordered another 5 with one free. Minus star for the drink. I ordered a taro drink (50% sugar) which is not ok for me. It’s also my first time to try it but I didn’t really like it and I didn’t really tasted a taro.

Bought 2 Taro Soya Milk yesterday from Bedok outlet, both 50% sugar with less pearls. Not sure if they mixed up the drinks order, but it's highly unlikely.To my dismay, both drinks were unsweetened and had no taro taste at all, honestly felt like drinking unsweetened soy milk with purple food coloring. As per the picture, there was just a layer of pearls which surprisingly did not help to sweeten the drink as a whole either. Personally, there service there was fine, but slow even with 3 staffs in the outlet. And there was no one standing at the counter to take orders when there was a small queue. For these reasons, even though the Bedok Outlet is much closer to my home, I'd rather visit the Paya Lebar Outlet instead for the Taro Soy Milk to fix my cravings. Even with regular ice, the drink still taste adequately sweetened with Taro flavour by the time I reach home. Further more, the service is much faster at Paya Lebar as well, even on Sundays where there is always a long queue, I still manage to get my order within 2-5 minutes if waiting in line, compares to at Bedok where I was the first in the queue but my order came out after a good 5 - 7 minutes wait.

this review is on the outlet in sheng siong supermarket beside the bedok interchange hawker centre. i had to stand there for a good 5 min until the staff noticed me, said politely “excuse me” and she gave me a rude look (a malay female) she then ordered a chinese coworker to attend to me and i ordered a hot pearly soya and a chocolate pancake, double checked my order to ensure it was correct. end up i got tuna pancake, like excuse me?? and my drink was served in the hot cardboard cup, how am i going to put the straw in to get my pearls? this has NEVER HAPPENED before when I went to paya lebar outlets and hot pearly soya were still served in the transparent plastic cup so i can poke and drink my pearls as well. The customer service and experience I had at this outlet was disgusting, wrong order and wrong cup used for my orders. Messing up BOTH is not accepted. Mr Bean, please at least properly conduct trainings for staff so they know how to prepare drinks and also follow orders correctly. This is atrocious! What an unpleasant experience.

One of the fatty chinese girl with Spectacles who at bedok mall was so rude. When you call her she will pretending like never heard. The worst thing is the shop officially operating from 8am. When i was there at 9:45am, she told me the shop is still not operating but I could see the pancakes are ready. How come the company will employed this kind of staff?The outlet manager should take action into this issue as soon in order to keep your shop run good of the business.

Ordered x2 (3 in 1) with normal sugar and another without sugar. But both came without sugar when I reached home. Healthier, but the flavour doesn't sit well with me.

Gotten food from Mr bean this morning. A staff named carol has been extremely professional and going beyond the usual standard service level. Truly appreciate her being so cheerful and poilet in the morning different from the usual service gotten at Mr bean. 😄

It's Mr. Bean! Delightful Singapore chain that has soya milk, pancakes (Japanese style I believe?), and soya bean foods. Mainly Vegetarian but not entirely. This location is convenient in the mall basement, clean and fast. I also like their soya bean with rice balls. Today was the new black soya bean custard pancake. Very delicious custard.

I feel dissapointed of the poor customer service staff. I feel giddy & head dwn to soybean stall to order the drink to have boost my sugar level a bit , however the staff was too busy preparing stuff instead assisting customer & treat customer invisible whereas customer available. I left after waiting 5 mins and head to escalator up, i can see the staff continue carry on the work task as if nothing happen.

Terrible staff, two young girls I’m not aware of their names. I went to queue up and there was a lady in front of me who just finished ordering. The lady was struggling to keep her coins and I was waiting for her to do so as I didn’t wanna rush her. One of the staff raised her voice and kept saying “next order please” in such a rude tone and I told her I was waiting and I also wanted to look at the menu first which the lady in front of me was blocking. The staff looked annoyed… I am struggling to understand why as I was the only person in the queue. I wanted to order the taro soy milk with pearls but because I was rudely getting rushed and pressured by the poorly trained staff, I only managed to glance at the menu and ordered the pearly soy milk by accident. While I was making my payment, they also struggled to handle nets payments. My card kept getting an error even though it’s completely fine and there’s money in it (I know this as I ended up using the same card for paynow for this same order). While it kept getting an error, THEY were annoyed with ME. Excuse me?? Don’t get a job then. I literally used to work minimum wage part time too, and when I got frustrated and tired I would still never take it out on customers, especially the ones who haven’t done anything wrong. The worst part is, it wasn’t busy at all. There was basically nobody, and there were two staff members there. They weren’t swamped with work or anything, just a nasty attitude. Yea, I hope there are repercussions for this because it’s insane to act like this at work. These girls need a rude wake up call before their attitude catches up to them one day. Honestly wished I never went to Mr Bean today as it soiled such a good day for me and I didn’t even get the drink I wanted.

Terrible customer service from bedok mall outlet. Smoking my parents to pay the wrong order and insist that all the outlets are serving the same food. My parents ordered vegetarian spicy seaweed meat-free porridge but ended up receiving something else and the staff purposely keyed in the wrong item. And the food is not freshly made, it was warm when we tasted it. My parents immediately returned home after taking the takeaway, it is only about 20mins but it turns out to be not fully heated
