Disappointing customer service at the Mr Bean Bedok Mall outlet. I visited on 5 September at approximately 7:40–7:45 p.m. I did not get the staff member’s name, but she was a female employee working at the outlet at that time. I waited for approximately 5–10 minutes and tried to get her attention by saying “hello” three times. Although she made eye contact with me at least twice, she did not acknowledge me or indicate how long I would need to wait. I understand that she may have been preparing other orders, and I was willing to wait. However, a simple response such as “Please give me a moment” would have been appropriate. While I was waiting, she also appeared to be chatting with staff from a neighbouring store, which made the lack of acknowledgement more disappointing. The main issue was not the waiting time itself, but the absence of communication and attention despite my attempts to be served. I hope the management will review this incident and remind staff to acknowledge customers, even when they are busy. Clear and courteous communication would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my confidence in the service at this outlet, and I do not intend to return.

Bought the 3in1 rice ball. The filling in the glutinous rice balls have been reduced significantly. I could barely taste the filling. Also, the female malay staff at the sheng siong outlet was very rude. I ordered soy milk without sugar at the bedok mall outlet on 7 jul 2025, but was given one with sugar. How can the staff make such mistakes. It was a simple order. The quantity was also less than 1 cup.

Pearls are sold out at only 7pm. Then whats the point for me to order ‘Pearly Taro’? Please improve it.
