Staff is impatient and rude. Feels like they hate the world and especially customers who come to the shop. Their ‘要什么’ sounds like ‘钱钱还钱!’.

Amazing experience, and it was really the excellent customer service that made my day. The counter cashier, Keith, was ever so patient to serve me and even offered me a new ice cream after I dropped my pervious one. Strongly recommended!

Slow and ignoring the long q. Arise of COVID cases, don't understand why the aunties have to have their fingers inside the pancake paper bags during packing.

The people at this Mr Bean outlet are really nice and patient, cashier even suggested to me what drink was nice. Pearls were really nice too, just like the cashier Keith.

(JEM branch) Food was fine, but very poor attitude from staff. Asked if they had tuna and she just tossed the just-ready tuna flavor on the tray and said "there, tuna". Ordered our food halfway, she just walked off to prepare, and when we asked for a cup of ginger tea, had the audacity to complain to her other staff "didnt finish ordering in one shot" in mandarin right in front of us. Please stop letting your staff reduce the rating of your store.

Food was okay, staff was super rude to customers. Spoke to us like we owe them, one Malay lady used an almost yelling tone at me when I asked what were the porridge and pancake flavour choices. Please train your staff properly, not all your customers are familiar with you menu.

Slow service. Paid for the item, told to wait 5 mins, came back later but the food is ready but item is not prepared. System is lacking.

I've always been fortunate to have been served by Alice. She is friendly and will do her best to attend to customers and serve them. She is patient and efficient. The products are fresh and healthy. Always a place I stop by when I am in the area. Five star rating here is based on the service by Alice.

I’ve been there more than once, her rudeness was not because of long que, nor to whom. She’s ALL THE TIME RUDE. Hhhhh, don’t go if you had a bad day, only will make it worse. Go if you are strong enough to be rude as her too. Literally the rudest person I’ve met in service industry lol. She’s old but it can’t be the excuse, I’ve saw many nice aunties, she’s behaving like the world owes her everything
