Ordered tuna, repeated it twice and she repeated it too. Charged me $1.90 (price for tuna) for it but gave me peanut instead. I'm allergic to peanuts but good thing I narrowly avoided it. Clearly lots of negative reviews, in dire need of retraining

I have ever tried these: 1. Soya Milk 2. Pancake 3. Thai Tea with Pearl The taste is good. For beverage, I don't really like something's too sweet, so I usually ask less or 25% for sugar. A couple of times, I bought with their coupon so I can get lower price. 😁

Met a very rude staff today at the Redhill outlet around 2pm. Wanted to use my hpb voucher to offset my purchase. Total came up to $5.20 I hade a few things on my hand so I just took out a 1 dollar coin. When I passed the cashier that she asked got no 20 cents ah... So I was searching my pouch for it ..again she rudely asked me whether I have 20 cents or not...in a sarcastic way some more. And then she kept pointing to my hpb qr code like I was going to cheat her. Clearly learnt nothing during her training or was she even trained. How would you feel if someone did that do you? Never have I felt the urge to write a bad review and I usually let it go even if it's poor customer service. But this woman here clearly disrespected me and I was shocked to even react.

Just bought an ice cream this evening and the auntie was extremely polite. Have been here many times but yet to experience the terrible service as described by the previous reviewers.

Very very bad service. Service staff did not bother to listen to my full order before starting to prepare the order. Also ordered a pandan cheese cake but received a red bean instead. Not going back for such poor standards and expensive prices.

A frequent buyer, always getting 1 rice bowl set (teriyaki chicken rice + soya bean drink) plus another rice bowl. Today I bought the same usual thing, but the auntie there wanted to cheat me!!! She asked me is it 2 rice bowls, I replied yes. Then I notice she keyed in 2 rice bowl plus 1 rice set, that is $7.90 difference. When I pointed out to her, she insisted that is a grand total. When I told her the price is different, she said because they increased price. When I pointed out to her that is the cost of 3 rice bowls, again she said it's the grand total. The conversation went on for at least another 5 minutes, until she finally agreed to type in again, this time with the correct number of food and amount. But she still said I told her wrongly... when she saw me typing this rating on Google, she suddenly became very polite and admitted that she keyed in wrongly. She also offered to give me forks and spoons and caution me the food is hot got to be careful. Next time if you buy from there, make sure you look at what they key into their system. Not to be too trusting.

The lowest rating is derived from terrible service and a substandard pancake that is hard as a rock. I bought two items totaling $3.60 but auntie #1 calculated wrongly as $3.90 and still got the cheek to tell me that the set is cheaper by $0.10. After getting my change of $0.10 I asked about the price of each item and auntie #2 was irritated and raised her voice asking me what items I bought. Took them a short while to realise they overcharged and gave me back additional change of $0.30. I don’t even bother asking them about the so-called ‘set discount’ cos not gonna patronize them again. Can’t count properly then use the system lah. Blur like sotong and rude!!!

a hidden mr bean outlet that is conveniently located at redhill mrt! the staff were not only friendly, but also patient. in addition to the usual wheel cakes and meals, this place also sells granola bars and beancurd that can be taken home. the ice cream was absolutely delicious as always, and the watermelon soya milk was refreshing. we would definitely come back from more!

Both counter aunty scolded me n my friend when we wanted to add on 1 more item after ordering. Super rude staffs . end up not buying at all cause we dont owe them anything. not happy to do your job then dont work

the young lady was extremely helpful - asking us to buy a set instead of a la carte so it is cheaper for us + reminded us to take straw 👍🏼
