Fan of watermelon icy soya and have been patronising mr bean at other places but this particular outlet at Heartland Mall always tell us “watermelon no stock”. Chendol icy soya also no stock… five times already in a span of 6 months. There’s a supermarket Cold Storage just right across. Impossible to tell customers watermelon no stock all the time. Thus no choice we ordered original icy soya and the staff told us do we want pearls. We said “no pearls” and she said “but same price $2.50”. Found out that it’s just another step to blend the ice with ice but yet charge is so much higher. We are very disappointed.

The two female staffs were being responsible & nice enough to exchange a gula melaka beancurb after discovered ants were found in the syrups. Thumbs up for the staffs to have keep up the quslity desserts!

The Shop opens at 7.30am but they have only "cold drink" from the fridge. No hot soya drink or pancake. Aunty tell me "not so fast" Ended up, I walk over to Selegie Soya, also open at 7.30am, everything was ready, from You Tiao to muffins.

Soy bean curd rough and tasteless. Also bought taro and red bean pancakes, they were cold and tasted really dry and somehow like plastic. Taro one was also expensive at $2.40.

Inaccurate information with regards to closing time. Both Google and their website clearly states that they close at 10pm, but when I went there at 9.30pm, they were unwilling to do any transaction because they have already closed their terminals. Do note that there were still products at the counter when I was there. Either you adjust your working hours or you change the displayed information.

Young male Staff called Keane (Part timer), he's friendly and soft spoken compared to few Auntie at this store thats rude and loud.
