11 december 2022 at 710pm. waited half an hour but the queue was barely moving. The aunty serving an indian lady so slow and still same customer. Cant read the context that its taking too long.

Staff allowed her friend to cut queue infront of 5 people. I was the next to be served but lost the last few eggwich to the person who cut queue. Lost my mood of waiting for so long in the queue just to have my food taken away by the staff for her friend.

Initially I was curious why the queue is so damn long. Turns out they have a mindblowing cheese pancake (at least that's what I tried). Additionally, the price over value is great. Full tummy with 3.2 SGD & healthy as well. Downside is that the queue is so long, it took more than 30 mins just to stand in line

This place has always been my go-to shop when I crave soya milk. They serve a ton of menu items, most being healthy; that's also another reason I like coming here. Service standard is alright most of the time, kind and all. However, I wish they could adopt a new convenient queueing system, because the classic trend of waiting in line isn't the most attractive thing to frequent/new customers. I've tried some products in the past several years I've visited this place, and most never fail to amaze me. The rice ball and classic beancurd weren't my cup of tea when I first tried them. The former just wasn't what I really enjoyed in general, and for the latter: the beancurd was too plain to eat, and was only flavourful when consumed with the special soya bean, which becomes exhausting. Not that I wouldn't encourage people from buying this though. They're still good dishes for anyone! Anyway, my favourite product is the rice bowl. The balanced mixture of beans (hollow), broccoli, carrots, rice and choice of topping was what topped this dish amongst the local street food I'm used to eat. Even the sauce mixed with the rice was an eye-opener! Not to mention their truly outstanding (literally) drinks, which are tasty in their own flavours. Although there are limited options now in this era, they can satisfy me still. My favourite drink personally is their limited-time Thai Milk Tea, which is undoubtedly the best thing after rice bowl. Besides that, I prefer Taro Soya Milk over the rest!

Don't expect service. Purchasing from this outlet is similar to making a purchase from a bending machine. The biggest difference is when you have ordered, your purchase is delivered. Here the staff will talk to each other while holding your good or attend to other tasks before serving your food. Some bending machines greet and thank you. Don't expect anything if that sort here. Literally working a job and nit serving.

Just purchased from the skinny auntie national day set $5.80. she likes no energy to respond. Very disappointed came back home realised my bean water was not given to me. The tall uncle always provide good service but too bag now seldom see him.

A dessert shop selling bean curd with toppings of your choice like red bean, black jelly grass to name a few. After office hours there is a long queue. Portion was generous but I expected loise red beans instead was served red bean balls. Value for money.

Mr Bean at Compass One didn't get themselves ready for business at 2pm today. I told them that I would pay with the 365 HPB voucher after ordering and balance in cash. The staff took out their iPhone to press & comment, "Aaa, why no battery har? We need to recharge, you wait for a while." After serving 3 other customers, the staff then said, "Can you pay all in cash or nets as our iPhone is still restarting, and we won't know when it will be completed?" As a regular customer, I really hope that the mgmt can do something about it.

They serve really slow in the morning 7-730am when everyone is rushing for work. Deliver the good slow and receive payment also slow. Management please do something. I saw it’s not only me feedback this issue in the Reviews section.

Ordered soy bean milk. Shop assistant then went ahead to grab from fridge. When I told him I wanted 0% sugar, told me off by saying I should've told him earlier. Noted with thanks, but you didn't ask either. Don't need this paggro energy, thanks. Will not be buying from Mr bean anymore

Been there a few times. Last encounter two employees stood near the counter but not taking my order. I stood there for a minute looking at them and they looking at me. 😆 Finally one just tilted her head up as a gesture to ask me what I want while she took off her mask to wipe her face with her hands. She put back her mask and proceeded to prepare my order without cleaning her hands 😱 Other than this incident, overall experience also not too fantastic with moody attitudes or wrong order. I take it as weekdays blue 🔵 Suggest the stall to be more hygiene cautious and don't forget to speak up to ask customers for orders.
