Very bad service. Bought 3 in 1 and i was shortchange with only 2 rice ball and no sugar added! 😡 The cashier repeat twice and the lady behind still make mistake.

terrible service would give 0 stars if i could. queued almost 10 minutes for ice cream only for the staff to pull out a small sign that was hidden under the counter and tell me ice cream is unavailable... thanks a lot

Terrible waiting time, staffs are uninterested in attending to customers. Very slow in taking and accepting orders. Multiple visits to this outlet, and it’s always terrible queues, long waiting time and slow moving queue

Consistently good quality soy bean products. Favourite item is definitely the ice cream, strong in flavour and not sweet. Another favourite would be their porridges, light and flavourful. The staff running the shop today were very nice as well.

I just ordered a 3-in-1 only, but I need to tell all the staff. Even if I waited for more than 10 minutes, so the order was wrong, scold me, why are you standing here? I've been sitting for 10 minutes and I ask the staff if I missed my order? I can't stand it? I've said it three times! Even do it for me to take away. She thought I had left and said bad things about me in the store! Bad service!!

I usually have the soya ice cream 🍦 cone at Jurong Point branch. Recently I had tried the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl and Chicken Meatball Rice Bowl.. the chicken was a tad salty but it was okay when eaten with rice. However, I don't like the braised sauce 😕. Hope that they can improve on the quality of the sauce.

Went there few hours back. The staff serving me was so kaypoh to ask me how am I related to the person beside me. I think that is plain rude for strangers or particularly your staff to probe such questions. Im there to purchase something, not to attend some interview. Kindly train your staff.
