First time try their rice bowl. It was surprisingly good with the brown rice and the portion was just right for me. Curry rice bowl - the curry tastes quite good, there’s onsen egg in it, mix together with the rice tastes perfect. Teriyaki chicken rice bowl - the chicken tastes alright, maybe it’s been overnight so tastes wasn’t as good as it served that day.

Had an awesome customer experience with the counter staff serving me on 17/11 at 7:45PM. All his response to me were one word sentences, which is very on point and succinct. I like his cool attitude that practically treated me as transparent. Whats impressive to me was he could even read my mind that I wasn't able to finish a full cup of soya milk, hence only filling it at 80%. Can't wait to return for more.

Visited the PS store today. Malay female staff does not seem happy when I said hello and ordered my items. No reply to acknowledge my order and during payment. I’m not expecting great customer service but a reply will be appreciated.

Usually the chocolate pancakes are ok but lately they are inconsistent. 10% filling only lol, like eating a plain tasteless bun.

Lack of payment options - only cash, nets, and paynow. Favepay and grabpay not accepted. But more crucially, the eggwich was overcooked. The egg was plasticky, dry, and hard to chew.

Was served by a Malay lady manning the stall by herself. I can see why she might come across as a bit rude, but she was nice and answered my questions about the promotion. Kindness goes a long way. Anyway love Mr bean ice cream. 🍦 yum please don’t increase price anymore

Was a short and quick transaction done on 6 October 2023 around 4.50pm by a cheerful female staff. She was so polite and despite my first time coming across her, she ended the purchase sale with "hope to see you again next time". At first my nets QR payment failed but she was sooo apologetic while rectifying it tho of course it's not her fauly haha.. Really needed this energy, thank you so much for giving the positive energy at work serving customers ☺️

Chinese lady was abit rude. I pointed to the picture and ordered the icy viet coffee ($4.50) but it wasn’t ice blended (only had ice cubes)..I clarified and she said she asked if I wanted ice cube or blended but all I heard was “ice” and I said yes. She was wearing a mask so maybe she did ask but I couldn’t hear cos it was too soft or she didn’t ask properly...I asked if she could change it for me and she asked me to pay again for a new cup of drink. I refused and ended up w a drink I didn’t order…v unsatisfied and will not return.

A small outlet but has amazing variety! Love the Truffle Mushroom Meat-less Rice bowl! Very filling and worth it. Healthy option! Jade Tofu Porridge is good too! Only down side is there’s no seating around, all takeaways.

Bought a red bean soy pudding from the small fridge they had at the stall. When we opened it at night itself it had gone sour and smelly despite expiring in June. Please check your refrigeration system.
